This place is poorly right right now hallowee day 9 employees and a door greeter and myself and 3 customers are trying to buy somthing and nobody can help. Seriously then i get someone at customer service to ring somthing in and hes too busy talking to 2 other employees and he tells me hes frustrated so i told him to focus on customers. I may have been rude but im sorry your i the business of making it as easy as possible for people to give your their momey so do that have someone at a checkout all the time. . So frustrating!!

Product tags can give hugely inaccurate specs... Look the product number online to ensure the information is accurate. Was misled twice. Laptop. Scanner.

horrible service by a blond guy with glasses and tall. he also seem to be flirting with other employees who didnt seem like they were comfortable around him. he is very creepy and awkward! pretty sure he was manager or sales manager!

Wonderful experience. I had to send my tablet away for repairs and the geek squad members were phenomenal. Specifically Kevin. Extremely accommodating and was able to manage multiple customers while giving everyone the attention they needed

This is my go to Best Buy. The selection is good and there are usually enough people working make my shopping experience short and sweet.

Despite having plenty of staff I often feel that the employees are assigned to each store section in rotation, rather than by their electronics expertise. It is usually good to do your own research first.

Attempted to do a product replacement. Lazy cow told me to do it online, because her system "wasn't working". Asked her to show me how onlone, she could not figure it out, so she got a co-worker to help me.

Not sure how he'll make out, but at least he's willing to try.

Great experience purchasing my TV at Best Buy Northland Village. The sales people, Rohan and Nicole, were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They were also super friendly. When I discovered my TV was on sale two weeks after I bought it, I went into the store and Jason credited my card for the difference and I'm sure it took less than a minute to do so. Rohan and Nicole told me at the time of purchase to check the website to see if it would go on sale and to come in if it did. I wouldn't have thought to do so had they not mentioned it. The Geek Squad guys, Thomas and Canson, were great as well. They programmed my SHAW remote to control my TV, DVD player etc., and made me aware of things I didn't even know my system was capable of. I signed up for the $40 a month package that includes all the extra insurance and support and like the fact that I can count on them for anything, any time. Highly recommend Best Buy and this store in particular. Nice people, great products and great customer service.

Best Buys Geek Squad was very unprofessional and the service was terrible. I brought my computer in on Friday for a simple memory and hdd swap. It was indicated to me that it would be done the next day due to high volumes of customers on the holiday. I accepted this and awaited their call, nothing after two days despite being told that it would be fine after 1. After 48 hours I received a phone call telling me after all that time, they had sold me a drive that didn't fit in the computer. I told them be there soon to pick it up and was told it would be ready. My work kept me late so my wife went in the next day and they provided her a laptop that the panel had not even been screwed back in, the screw fell out on the way home. They never gave her the power supply back, and my mother had to take the computer back overseas without a power supply and had to find a replacement. This Geek Squad is very incompetent and/or unprofessional.

Geek Squad Manager is awesome here! Went here over a year ago and this is the first time in 13 years of living here I didn't have to deal with idiocracy or excuses. Worth getting the warranty plan from them! Keep up the good work and happy customers!
