Bestech

I just used Bestech for the first time for a TV in-home repair and was very impressed. Not only was I able to get an appointment for the next day, the service technician Ken was very knowledgeable. He figured out a solution to the problem and fixed it right on the spot. He was in and out in less than half an hour. I would highly recommend this company.

Rude. Called for an estimate, told me minimum charge would be $30 (to solder 2 wires). When I said oh, ok, nevermind and they simply hung up on me. Won't get any of my future service either.

Great deals on electronics and really friendly staff. However, their hours of operations make it difficult to visit their store if you work during the day.

Great service! They repaired my PS3 for $90 and saved me having to purchase a PS4 for $400. They were very clear about the procedure and they were on time with their estimates.
