Your meal plan will be created after a free consultation appointment and once dietary restrictions and preferences are determined. We will continue to monitor your progress and adjust your meal plan as your body transforms and as you want to expand your love for other healthy and convenient foods.

All meals are delivered right to your door twice a week and always fresh. Tri Fit Training in Airdrie is also a pick up location as well for Better You Meals for those who find that more convenient. Each meal is clearly marked and prepared in portioned and labelled containers, so all you have to do is enjoy!

Better You Meals are healthy meals prepared for busy families, individuals and professionals to help meet the daily deadlines without using the drive thru. It is also designed for the dedicated people that want the ease of eating healthy without the mess in your kitchen.

Pricing is based on a per month plan and depends on your level of meals requested to meet your needs. Whether it is 5 meals a day portioned out or simply 2 meals a day to keep you organized and on track. This is all determined at our free consultation
