I love this store! It's like a dollar store/ebay and the staff is great. I think Luz lives there since every time I go in she is there to give me the best greeting. We once had a problem with a zipper on a jacket and took it back. They were happy to exchange the jacket for another. I have been a regular customer for years and have never had a problem with any of the staff at either Calgary stores. I go there for everything from screen protectors to dog beds, cleaners to clothing. I am usually one of the first customers there on your 50% off sale. Keep up the great work! My father visited and wishes you would open a store in London, Ontario.

I love how people on this page are giving bad reviews of the price. The products I have bought here have all been working when I buy them. But within a short time most of the electronics have stopped working. And if you think about it, where in the hell can you get a portable speaker for your iPhone for 5 bucks and last only 5 months? That's a dollar a month. To me that's amazing. I don't go and buy a hooker for 15 bucks a night and expect not to get AIDS. So yeah. That's what I'm going to say. 99% of the stuff I get from here is amazing and once you tell me the price I don't complain. I tell everyone I can about this place. I do warn them though that it is very cheap for a reason. Bianca keep up the great prices.

This is a great place for a good discount. I started going there because of the collectors knives but quickly found out they have lots of name brand kitchen ware and fun art supplies for the kids. It's actually on my list of places I bring people to if their new in town and everyone I've introduced to the place is very impressed.

I really enjoy this place specially for kids stuff after all they only wear it for maybe a year or two before growing out if it and a Disney shirt for $4 if they love it you can buy 3 and actually be able to wash one without them wanting to wear it "just one more time". Same goes for the toys they play with it for maybe a year or two and it's done. I just look at it as an extreme glorified dollar store. Bandaids for $1, pets toys $2-$10, rugs for under $100, and as seen on tv items less then 50%...sorry I think those are great deals. How long before they break? Just long enough till you want to change anyways. Not many people use same electronics now for over a yr, or keep same decor for more then 5yrs, and bandages if you have kids could save you easy $50 in a yr.

Went to your new store and you definitely have cashiers scamming with credit card receipts so had to get purchases deleted and done again and they still wanted to use my card again. They faked putting my receipt in my bag. Asked for the manager and she wouldn't get the original cashier to come back. Then i get home and things weren't in my bag but I was charged for them. Too far for me to get back there but totally disgusted with the manager

I have been here numerous times. Most times with my purse which is a back style purse as I am no longer able to wear them sling style.



Today as I entered I was behind a Mom and her daughter, both wearing backpacks... one adult & one very small fluffy for the daughter. I heard the woman agree to leave her backpack and asked if it would be safe and the attendant saying yes ... yet when I walked by to pay a few minutes later ... the attendant wasn’t even at the door by the customers backpack. Anyone could have walked away with that Mother’s belongings. So much for safety ... this is proof positive my first instinct to never leave my purse with the door attendant.



All the people who walk in there with large bags open, large pockets on jackets etc .., ant this store targets people with back style purses.



This attendant targeted me a few months ago for my purse and did so again earlier on this this week .. and today someone was taking pictures in the store of customers .., makes me wonder about the security camera’s all over. If staff are even allowed to take photos of customers on their cell phones ... which I doubt is even legal.



There are only two stores in Calgary .., the deals are great and worth going to. It’s the liberty this company takes Makes me question their understanding of laws. Freedom and rights

Will never spend a dime in there ever again.yesterday was hell and no on site manager. They called someone who I asked to speak to..to find out Leah was in the Phillipines. Wth. Rug had 2 prices and per government consumer protection they have to give lower price. They said $5 price tag was from tape used to roll rug. Not my problem it's on and on shelf . They didn't care so I lost it ( not as bad as I wanted too) left everything and walked out telling them it's a rip off and I will make complaints. Beware Bianca s is a rip off and customer is never right or heard in that store.

What a Dump ! Garbage literally piled up outside front door . Floors look like they have not been cleaned in years. Only 1 cashier and no place to comfortably wait in the line . Product very ship worn and dirty it's like the are trying to make the place look bad lol

Very poor Customer Service, they don't value their customer at all. I experienced them. Non - cooperative staff..



I was to exchange the shirt from them, but they had not replaced stating that we need invoice, where as all other retailer check the bar code and replace.



I am rating them as very poor. Please don't buy cloths from them.

Last night I bought the reusable K-Cup Brewers from Bianca's get home open it up and try it doesn't fit. So today I brought it back to Bianca's to be told that it cannot be returned because I open the packaging so thank you Bianca's for selling stuff that is worse than Dollar Store products I will never come back to your store ever again and I will be telling everybody about your shity return policy. You should be ashamed of yourself selling such crappy products and not even letting someone return something that was only $2 so you guys just lost a customer and I'm going to tell everybody how crappy you guys are

Imagine a flea market but only one vendor and 10 times dirtier than an average flea market . With no staff . That's this place !

I bought a wall clock at the Edmonton South store which appeared to be of decent quality when I was at the store but the flimsy glass cover of the face broke as soon as I tried to install the battery. I was not being careless or rough, I only applied the necessary force to install the battery and the forward pressure was enough to crack the flimsy glass face cover. I tried to get a refund, or at least an in store credit but they would not accommodate me saying that the clock was not broken before it left the store and that they are a liquidation store and cannot return items to the manufacturer. This is unfair and unethical practice as there was no way I could adequately assess that the clock’s glass cover was that flimsy as it was screwed onto a cardboard frame. I also should not be the one to suffer due to Bianca Amor selling junk. It’s not like I misused the product. The store clerk told me to email management and it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received a response. BUYER BEWARE!

I am a regular customer and have spent tons of money in your stores. But after buying my son a birthday gift and having it not work at all you guys will not refund or exchange even. That same day I brought my product in I foolishly spent more money there and went home and found you have charged me triple the price it was posted for. You people would not fix it. Only give me a gift receipt! That was your error not mine. Nice one!

Complete rip.off. damaged products then when trying to return claim its customers fault when everyone witness staff damaging it when already told its defective amd missing parts. If your wanting to to speand a hundred bucks. Save your time driving there and just throw your money in the garbage. Bad joke. Useless staff and just an all round scam. Cant wait to tell everyone i know how shitty there customer service is amd how they scam people

Complete junk products exchanged phone cable 6 times and still craps out in 4 days
