What an awesome place! Staff go out of their way to give you all the information you need, take their time and answer any questions. I must say this has been the best car buying experience ever! Shout out to Todd and Michelle for their professionalism and cheerfulness. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Very positive experience.

The service at this dealership was top-notch. I knew what I wanted to purchase when I contacted them. There was no hesitation in looking and obtaining specifically what I wanted. They did not try to sell me something else which is what I do not like about other dealerships. They found what I wanted and got me into my new vehicle fast and efficiently. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend purchasing vehicles at this dealership.

I recently bought a New Jeep Patriot from Big 4 Motors. Todd was the salesman who took care of me.
The whole experience at big 4 was amazing. Todd took the time to make sure that the patriot was the right vehicle for me and made me feel welcome with his no pressure attitude.. Doreen in the finance department was awesome, she explained all the details and the process was comfortable and efficient. If you are looking for a Dodge/Jeep dealer this is the best place and Todd was amazing!! ask for him when you go in. BTW if you cant tell, I LOVE MY PATRIOT!!!!!!

Rob and the team at Big 4 were the most open and transparent team I met on my long and winding road to purchasing a new Ram truck. I visited (in-person) over 8 Ram dealerships in Alberta to test drive and get offers on a 2017 Ram 2500/3500 and Big 4 blew the rest of the provinces dealerships away.

I can't say enough good things, they made time for me, the test drive process was super easy, there was no "greasy" salesman feel during my visit, and best of all the pricing and negotiation process was non-confrontational and clearly communicated.

Big 4 will have my business for years to come, which should save me more kilometres on the odometer when I go truck shopping.

Had to get my vehicle in immediately for some service as I was moving over the province in a couple days. They were able to fit me in within the hour and had my vehicle back to me before the end of the day. Everything was covered under warranty, they had also fixed a recall that I did not know about.

Thieves, like all dealerships. Last time I had a check engine light they charged me 250 to diagnose and replace radiator cap. Go somewhere else. AND get a computer to handle your own check engine lights. I do now. 2 check engine lights and the computer is paid for. Shady Shady Shady. Go somewhere else.

Todd listened and provided us with some options. We got exactly what we wanted with the best price in the city - without beating around the bush on pricing. My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Big 4. Each time, prior to purchasing we have shopped at multiple other locations (without their knowledge). Each and every time the price and service has been much better at Big 4 (from the very first time we walk in). In addition, the staff is amazing.

in January I purchased a 2016 jeep Cherokee overland, and I wanted to share what an amazing job their team has done, in particular John Quinlan. He was the salesman that sold me the jeep. He's been amazing. I have had to bring my jeep in 2 times, one for headlights with condensation in them, and then this time I had some industrial steel under the 3M.
He has been so great to deal with and so accommodating with helping me get in contact with the service department. Both the sales team and the service department have been incredible to deal with.
Overall the buying experience has been absolutely amazing and I really just would recommend big 4 to anyone looking for a new Chrysler product.

I rarely give 5 star reviews yet this is the second one in under 2 weeks I am giving Big 4 and its affiliates. I purchased a car from Driverz Auto (see review on their page) after a few days I noticed a problem with the interior lights. I called the salesman Raj and we chatted for about 3 minutes before he said "Yup probably a fuse but I'm not a mechanic, get it to Big 4 and tell them to send the bill to us." I did as asked and the problem was a shorted wire in the instrument cluster panel. They didn't patch it up or jury rig it they replaced the whole damn panel. Dean was up front, honest and even said it could take 2 weeks, it took considerably shorter. The next kicker... They gave me a loaner until mine was fixed and sure enough it cost me nothing. I have dealt with other salesman and dealers before I now will only deal with these guys. Honest, reliable, friendly, courteous, ethical and genuine. 10 out of 10 and hats off to the entire team. I also freaking love my car.
