Great Experience! They helped me setup my bike to accommodate my messed up shoulder. The total cost was a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. I appreciate their honesty, willingness to help, and focus on helping me instead of making a sale. I would gladly deal with them again.

I picked up my bike from BikeBike about a month ago. They were helpful, offering advice and testing out bikes before I settled on one and purchased it. It was a good experience.

A couple of days ago my new bike broke. While I was riding on the river walk the left crank shaft fell off. Needless to say I was quite unhappy. I loved my bike and having it break so soon made me feel bummed.

I took my bicycle in to BikeBike assuming that getting it fixed was going to be stressful, time consuming and expensive. That was not the case. Not even close.

The folks at BikeBike repaired my bike in less than 24 hours and didn't charge me for parts or labour-- they said the bike shouldn't have broken and took ownership of the problem.

Obviously, I'm incredibly impressed with how they handled the problem. I really can't recommend BikeBike enough based on my purchase and repair experiences.

BikeBike (aka the bike store that Sean and Nadia built) supports ordinary citizens (like me) trying to make cycling an everyday part of their lives. Great selection of bikes and accessories and super positive vibe from BikeBike owners and staff. I started bike commuting just this past year and every time I've had a question or a problem to solve, BikeBike helped me get over the hump. Racks, pannier bags, pedals, helmets, locks, bar mitts, bike parts ... even a winter bike ... I've found them all at BikeBike. It's the store that helps you get started cycling and keeps you cycling. IMO best bike shop in YYC.

I had a recent visit and was super impressed with the service and helpful staff. No pressure to buy (full disclosure I haven't yet), but if this is a sign of things to come I definitely think I'll be looking to purchase here.
