Bikram Yoga Nw

I go on a regular basis. Staff is great. Bikram yoga is a great way to sweat and stretch. Love it.

If this is the first yoga studio you ever go to definitely try out other studios before you settle in here. There are much better experiences to be had.
If you have tried them all and still like this one then go for it.

There are excellent yin classes around this city and places that are much less pretentious with instructors that have much more to offer.

Two stars because the Bikram sequences is an excellent practice.

I think that the reason there is a sign by the door asking you to leave you ego behind is because there is only room for the mangers.
