Bite - Grocer & Eatery

Inglewood has changes so much in twenty years. One of the real positive changes has been the opening of BITE. Kind of a specialty store with old market feel.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The deli/cafeteria provides excellent meals as well.

Good selection, friendly staff, decent prices, and lots of stuff is made in store. The eatery is a great place for brunch.

LOVE the date squares - best I've ever had, bar none! My husband and I have found a new addiction! The perfect combo of granola to date filling ratio, and just the right amount of salty to offset the sweet. If you like date squares, I promise you these are worth trying!

Went for breakfast. Got the creme brulee french toast. More sugar than I ever imagined I could handle, but it was fantastic nonetheless.

Its super awesome to support local businesses, especially when they do really cool ideas like Bite does. They have awesome food ready for you to eat on one side and a really cool grocery section on the other with a butcher and bakery in house. I can't really give them 5 stars because of the prices. I would love to shop here more, but we just can't afford it when you compare some prices to superstore or Costco. If you don't mind spending a bit more to shop local then get in here now!! The fresh sourdough they put out every day is absolutely fantastic. But if like me you're a bit broke... Maybe just pop in for the sourdough once a week or two.

Restaurant Experience: They keep raising their prices and the quality / quantity is going down. One day you come in and something is $5.50, the next day it's $6.50, and a month later it's $8.50. Get yourselves together please. Keep your prices stable.
Grocery Store: You can find a decent amount of items here. Overpriced still, but available.
Staff: Fantastic. Always helpful and quick. I give the staff 5 stars.

Amazing gourmet menu at very reasonable prices.. they have an eatery at the back of the store NOT to be missed..

It's a hidden gem that deserves a lot more accolades.. please visit sit down for a lunch or dinner..
