They went well beyond my expectations, the Part in the book was not a match for the actual part in the van, they took the actual part went in the back and found the exact match. also figured out why the parts were not matching. Saved me at least $1,000 through the whole process

I just don't like them especially Kurtis that he is the one who usually take a call. The list a part on a car-part but when you ask them they want sell the whole assembly. They may have good parts but too expensive and poor customer service. They are not helpful at all.
I would like to give 5 starts for Rodway , Central auto wreckers and Jasper auto wreckers!
Compare their price Canada wide and they the most expensive and yet poor customer service.

They were paid to ship an item to my home. Item shipped too warehouse and sat forever. When I finally got a hold of them they told me they took them back and said it was my fault I didnt pick them up from storage in time. So what about the money I paid for them? Guess they think they get to keep that.. The way they talked to me on the phone was a disgrace of customer service and personal insult. I guess that's how things are in Canada.. I wish I could give them 0 stars but they got lucky

P.s. Curtis is the one I dealt with, seems I'm not alone in dealing with him. Doesn't talk business just makes excuses and crys.. Karma is coming for him

Very good at getting you parts. Wish they had more old vehicles.

Very competitive pricing, good selection of parts, very helpful staff (and super precise forklift operators, who can fit engines into the backs of SUVs with scarcely any clearance).

Would deal again, but hope that nothing breaks for a while!

I purchased a used rear door window for 150.00 and took it to the auto glass place for replacement. The auto glass people informed me that a new after market product probably made by the same manufacturer as the original was available for 59.00. I took back the glass and they charged me a 25 % re stock fee and would not negotiate on the price. Most businesses would thank you for bringing to their attention that their prices were way out of line and offer some kind of discount. Not so with Black Gold!! Beware and check prices
