Black & Lee Tuxedo And Suit Rentals/Sales

The staff at Black and Lee were absolutely amazing to my groom and groomsmen. They remembered who I was every time I came in and treated us like gold. They were also super funny and enjoyable to be around—not something you see everyday in the Bridal industry! I cannot say how much I enjoyed that we had Black and Lee suits for the wedding. They looked awesome and everyone really appreciated the staff’s expertise. Would definitely use them to rent suits in the future if we should need to or if I had friends who were looking for some. Thanks so much Black and Lee!

I went into the store at 4:50pm to buy a pair of pants for a wedding party. We already knew the exact pant to get as the rest of the party had already purchased theirs. As we walked in we were greeted by the lady working there. She proceeded to tell us that she had a long day, and she was hoping for once to be able to go home on time. We shared with her that we knew the pant we we're getting so wouldn't be long, she then mentioned to us that she hoped no one came in at 5 because they closed at 5:30, and asked us why we were not somewhere else because "it's a beautiful day shouldn't you be on a patio somewhere" and she didn't mean it in a polite way. The store was open for another 40 minutes and the bride did not feel welcome there as the lady working asked rather rudely "What made you come in TODAY?" She fit the groomsman very quickly and before he got out of the change room was asking him how he wanted to pay. We felt very rushed and not welcome. Had the rest of the groomsmen not already purchased their outfits from here, we would have left and taken our business elsewhere as the groom had already had problems there previously.

Will not be returning here.

I recently got married at the beginning of July 2017 and there is one vendor who I DO NOT recommend, as they make this task quite stressful. I DO NOT recommend Black and Lee Suit for a tuxedo and suit rentals. At first, during the choosing of the suits and the fitting of the wedding party (8) and guests (2), the sales associates were helpful and cheerful. That all turn sour when the tux and suit came in for the wedding party and guests for a final fitting and pick up. Suddenly, ALL but one suit were wrong in size. Each of the guys (but one) had to pay an EXTRA $20 for the "right" size to come in. The sales associate (girl in her mid-20s?) attitude was rude and took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the error! How can the sizes of 9 rentals be wrong?!?! On a side note, each of the guys when in separately, on their time, to pick up their rentals. Anyways, I 100% DO NOT recommend Black and Lee. We visited Black & Lee recently to get fitted for rental tuxedos (Groom & groomsmen).The service was exceptional - friendly, professional, fast. The selection was not extensive, but had several styles to choose from that would cater to many tastes. The staff are patient and open. I would recommend Black & Lee.

I brought my son in to rent a tux for his graduation and received excellent service from the employee. She was friendly and patient even though he wasn't sure about what he wanted.

Worst customer service, very rude to their customers, and didn't want to serve us at all!! Trying to ask few questions, and the girl just handed us the flyer, not wanting to explain anything or help us.

The worst service I've had. I went twice and both times they were in a rush. Too expensive for the service they provide. The return time is absurd. They open at 10 and you have to return it next business day before 12pm, so you have to stop working to go return it. I don't recommend it at all!
