I brought my 2016 GSA in for scheduled maintenance. I requested to have my bike back in the early afternoon (if possible). I was allowed to store my riding gear in a locker on the premises and I was provided an estimate before I left. I received a call at 1:00pm advising that the work was completed. The bill was actually a little less than the estimate... Bonus! Great job.... Thanks.

I’ve been shopping at Blackfoot for many years. I’ve bought several bikes and all sorts of gear and accessories and I have always found the staff and owners to be fair and accommodating. This season my wife and I bought new BMWs, a R1200GS Adventure for myself and a F700GS for my wife. Our salesman (Simon Armstrong) was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and super attentive. He took the time and never made us feel rushed. He would literally take us to other departments to make sure we got the help and answers we needed. The two bikes and gear amounted to a sizable purchase and we couldn’t have been more comfortable with our decision. Simon was even in on his days off to accommodate his customers with bike deliveries. I would recommend anyone shopping for a bike to ask for Simon when you visit the store.

A friend and I just took the BMW GS training course and had a WICKED day! Tobias, Matt and Claude were fantastic instructors and clearly their bikes are an extension of themselves - they made everything look so easy. The build up of skills was gradual and unintimidating and they created an environment full of confidence and support that we just didn't want to be over with by the end of the day. The course is hard enough so you feel like you've accomplished something and easy enough not to scare you off your bike. Bravo gents, nothing but good things to say about how you share your talents and thanks to Blackfoot for hosting such a spectacular day!

We went in last week to outfit my husband in gear to safely ride his new motorcycle. Miles was nothing but helpful. He was honest and gave great advice, explaining why each piece was important and outlined all safety features/differences. He asked the right questions so that we know the gear is the right fit/model. I feel good about my husband being "out on the open road". My husband is very pleased, all the gear is comfortable and suits his needs well. We would recommend this shop and Miles as a sales guy, without hesitation.

Have purchased 4 bikes through Blackfoot over the past 5 years (and there's a reason). As a woman, I trust their mechanics to be honest and transparent with me and not take advantage of my lack of knowledge in that area. Service is always very accommodating to me and all the guys are great to deal with on any issue. Sales guys - specifically the BMW guys from whom I've purchased are fantastic. Latest purchase was a 2017 K1600GT for my husband. From start (building and ordering the bike) to finish Simon Armstrong was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time (even on days off) to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy with what we purchased - and there were lots of questions throughout this process! And finishing off the deal paperwork etc. was a breeze thanks to Justin. As we are now a BMW family, we are happy that we get to deal with the folks at Blackfoot to look after our "kids".

Always great service from the guys there, educated opinions supported by facts when purchasing a new or used bike, or even just when getting parts.

Some places will push you to buy parts you don't need and/or don't care if you're tracking down the wrong trail during your diagnostics, and I always go to Robert in parts because he will almost always ask why I need a part and gives me an educated opinion on what else I may or may not need and what to check for when installing it.

I've put five stars because customer service is key to any business, especially from a consumers' point of view.

I had the best experience at Blackfoot. I've always been hesitant of bikes but it has always been something I have wanted to overcome. Michael and Taylor were such a great help. Michael helped me pick a bike I'm in love with and feel so safe on and happy with my purchase. Taylor spent quite a few hours with me going over safety gear and making sure I had the best stuff and felt safe and comfortable in it. I love riding now. I would tell anyone to go see these 2 for sure. Great job guys

Great customer service!

Stopped in to look for a new jacket, not really understanding the difference in quality and price points. Taylor was awesome in answering all my questions and providing advice on a jacket that suits my needs and style. After looking around at many other places, I was happy to have found somebody that was such a great help. Will definitely go back!
