We reserved the 1 bedroom apartment and were very pleased with our stay. The lodge is in a fantasyic location close to everything. All kitchen supplies were provided for our cooking needs. Nice balcony with view of the mountains. Would come back again �

We recently were in Canmore for a family wedding, rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Hot tubs and pool were very clean. Underground secure parking, easy to get too and close to town centre. We enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night. Only negative aspect was there was no onsite restaurant or room service for food, but there were many places to eat very close by so even that was not a problem

Our family and many of our wedding guests stayed here for our wedding weekend in March 2018!! We can’t say enough good things about this place!! From the beautiful rooms, excellent hospitality, friendly staff, underground parking and great proximity to our wedding venue we couldn’t have had a better stay anywhere!! When they found out it was our wedding they upgraded our best mans room and also left us wine and a beautiful congratulatory card! We will definitely be back and would not recommend anywhere else in Canmore except the Blackstone Mountain Lodge!! Thanks to the entire venue again for being so great and making our weekend that much more enjoyable and stress free!!

One of the greatest places we have stayed. We had a two bedroom room with kitchen, not only could we eat out in Canmore, shop till we drop, hike, and see all the sites, we could feel completely at home at the Blackstone. I recommend this place to everyone!

My husband, young daughter, and I stayed at this hotel in early March for the first time. Everything was neat and tidy. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. View was lovely with the mountains. We faced the highway but we were pleasantly surprised to find noise was not an issue at all. We would've taken advantage of the outdoor hot tub had our daughter been a bit older - looked inviting! Overall, will definitely come back, especially with "third night stay for free" deal. Highly recommended.

My friend and I originally had a 2 night reservation next door at Windtower. After checking in and see how small and incredibly filthy the room was, we asked to switch rooms. The pillow had a blood stain on it (which they denied was blood - regardless, it's disgusting), the "queen" bed we booked was actually a double and there was dirty and shoe marks all over the walls. They took an hour to get back to us, at this point we decided to check out and take the hit for possibly not getting a refund on the hotel.



After we left and thought we might be sleeping in the car that night my friend went next door to Blackstone Mountain Lodge, explained the situation that just happened and a lady named Jennifer offered us a 1 bedroom suite for about the same price as we paid for our jail cell next door. The suite was gorgeous and sparkling clean! Huuuge thank you to them and their friendly staff for welcoming us with open arms!

Just spent a girl's weekend at Blackstone Mountain Lodge and everything was AMAZING. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and went out of their way to make our weekend the best it could be. We will definitely be back.

Just celebrated my bachelorette weekend here. Staff were exceptionally helpful and cooperative, facilities were clean and beautiful and the pool was exactly what we needed! Thanks for the memories!

Booked the three bedroom suite for a bachelorette girls weekend and had an absolute blast! Awesome hotel!!! The hot tubs are great, beautiful room, amazing and friendly staff! Highly recommend this hotel! 🏔��

Blackstone was the perfect place to come home to after exploring Banff. Lake Louise was absolutely breathtaking, which followed suite with Mirror Lake, and Agnes Lake was an incredible hidden treasure. The tea house on top of the mountain was a real treat! Moraine Lake was a beautiful hike and we had great company: those chubby chipmunks were the perfect companions!

Our family had such an amazing time here in Canmore, and our stay in this beautiful condo had so much to do with that. It was incredibly clean and well-equipped. It had such a warm, comforting quality to it, that made our family feel right at home.

Thank you for making our adventure out West unforgettable.

I had the pleasure to stay for 1 night in a 1 bedroom suite with my boyfriend for our belated Valentine's Day this year. Beautiful lodge, clean and great staff. The suite was amazing, loved the full kitchen, fireplace and private balcony off the bedroom. The outdoor pools and hot tubs were nice and relaxing. I would love to stay at the lodge again and my boyfriend expressed 1 night wasn't enough and didnt want to leave; I couldn't blame him as we fell in love with the suite.

�� I would stay here again absolutely.

Great condo style suites! Lots of room and a fabulous view if staying on the back side. Too bad the pool was closed. Ania at the front desk was fantastic and made our stay very special.

I believe this is our 4th, maybe 5th stay over the past 4 or so years. (with 3 of the visits being within the past year). We've always found our suites to be spacious, clean and if there's something we need, the front desk is more than willing to help and/or figure something out. It's amazingly quiet as I can see the highway from this visit's balcony. You can hear neighbours and such, from time to time as it is not a concrete building, but we've never had issues and only once did I hear from another guest of a loud overnight issue, that was dealt with immedialtely once the desk was notified. This is a fantastic location and building for all to stay but especially for families. You can walk to main street and the new Elevation Place and, of course, Canmore is your back yard. It's a lovely 'lodge' and we'll most definitely be back!! Can't wait for our next visit :)
