I involved the support of Blake and his team for the purchase of my first property. I had a wonderful experience - very professional, quick to respond to any and all inquiries, thorough in their explanations and accommodating to my work and holiday schedule. This is an intimidating process for a first time home buyer, however, Rita and Blake made me feel very at ease. I will be referring Blake to my peers to ensure they are in good hands!

Just completed very successful sell/buy real estate transactions with Blake Nichol. Absolutely the most seamless transactions we were ever involved in. Several days prior to buy close, Blake had us in to sign the final documentation. Everything was laid out in an orderly and efficient fashion -- thanks to Rita at his office. Fees were as quoted. Blake reviewed and explained everything with us. The money transfers actually happened a bit ahead of time on both ends of the deal and the final proceeds were in our account within 2 days. Would not hesitate using Blake again.

We used Blake and his team in June/July for the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. I was extremely pleased by the service we received. First of all, everything was done in a timely manner - almost to the exact hour, were certain things achieved. When Blake and his team said "this" would occur by 3pm, sure enough, I received communication that whatever we were waiting for or whatever we needed done, had occurred. When it came time to actually sitting down with Blake, everything was done methodically, and he explained everything step-by-step-by-step. What I liked the most about Blake, is that he didn't leave me in the dust; 3 months later, and he is still answering brief questions for me about my new home when I am confused about something pertaining to the purchase of our new home or if I am curious about something builder-related, since we moved into a brand new build. All in all, I would use Blake and his team again, and I would refer him to be used by others.

Used Blake for real estate sale. Was not kept informed of what was going on and had to constantly call to be informed if deal was closed and any details. When called, met with gruff and short response. Many mistakes made in the paperwork that had to be corrected. Charges were higher than quoted and no explanation provided. Find someone with better communication skills and attention to detail.
