Blame Betty

My wife and I were in and had a fantastic experience! She's wanted to get into retro / vintage dresses for awhile now so I was thrilled to find Blame Betty.

The staff were beyond helpful as we were there for about an hour picking out and trying on dresses before narrowing it down to the winner. The selection is awesome my wife is very petite only 5ft tall and it was great to find things in her sizes (though there were times we wished things came in an xxs).

LOVE LOVE LOVE the selection staff and over all vibe of your store. Fantastic! We're regulars now.

If we could offer one tip: your logo is awesome! Get those stickers / decals back and sell them - totally worth $5 and we'd rock them on our laptops / car.

God I love this place. I can't walk out without spending way too much money on fancy stuff I don't need but really WANT. The staff is lovely, the atmosphere is lovely, the in store pick up is lovely.

I have not been to Blame Betty since they had their location further down 17th Ave. Went to this location and I was first happy they had customer parking and the shop is very nice. I enjoyed looking at all the products too. Very laid back shopping experience but professional staff.
I love that they have many sizes to fit different figures and was thrilled with my purchase. Some might not like the prices but I think they are very comparable.
One thing I will mention is that I lost a big amount of weight. I am not use to my new size and still have it stuck in my head with what I should be. I was shown the cardigan I was interested in but the size I wanted was not in. The sales person was very respectful and just gently suggested I try on other sizes because product runs big. Left me to try them on and found out that I could wear a size they had. I was sold.

Went here this morning, first time visiting Calgary, and i was super excited shop here because in my home city, fun stores like this dont cater to plus size. My visit today was fabulous. Great atmosphere, great selection of clothing, and the lady that helped me assisted me greatly and was super nice. Super duper happy with everything. Loved it!

You want fun vintage styles? Look no further! Shoes? Got em! Wish the prices were a touch more reasonable but its a niche market so I get it.

Love the clothes, love the staff, love the ambiance. Clothing is pricey but well made and unique!

What a great little store! There were so many things I wanted to try on. A good selection of sizes, up to plus size. Vintage-style, but with modern convenience. I went all over, trying to find a nice red dress for Valentine's Day, without any luck. When I came here I found a dozen styles to try! Great for classic dresses and skirts.
