Great customer service and great servive!!😊

I dropped my car off in the morning already knowing it would take a few hours so I was prepared to take the bus. Really great staff. I had to get a new tire and change a broken bolt and they did it in a shorter time then what they initially told me. They fixed what I aked them to and nothing more, which was great. The only issue was picking up the car trying to pay for the job, if was super busy and the guy helping me was running around helping others at the same time, which really wasn't a problem. Great place, will be going back.

The Forest Lawn (17 Ave SE) location is the absolute worst! They had me waiting for two hours without giving me an update on the progress of my tyre change and the manager also had the audacity to charge me for something that he admitted was his technician's fault. He wanted me to pay 80% of the cost of something that his technician damaged during this process. I ended up paying $30 for the service because I just wanted to get the heck out of there and I WILL NEVER go back here again. I hate doing business with dishonest and sleazy people and this manager was a PRIME example of that.

good service. Had a tire fixed and Bought a set of tire 4 yr ago had no problem things seen to be reasonably priced.

Frank has a way of making each experience very welcoming and friendly and informative. He explained to me my issue which differed from my fears but made it so I can understand and asked for my permission to continue. Excellent customer service and took my time constraints into consideration in order to get me looked at quickly and out the door in time all fixed up for my adulting for the day. Will always call or come here first for many of my needs.
