Blissful Bridal

I went to 5 appointments in three days over the weekend and this one was definitely in the bottom two. The experience is not relaxed and enjoyful. They are more worried that you are going to dirty or wreck the dress than giving you a good bridal experience. Dresses are certainly cleaner than other stores so if that's your main concern then definitely go there but they overall experience wasn't comforting. When I explained what I didn't like about the dress she kept interrupting and telling me it was too small. Of all that I went to I wouldn't recommend this one.

Woman was very curt, and essentially dismissed my friend telling her "we aren't finding your dress today". She also wouldn't let her try on anything in the wrong size, whereas every other bridal store did. Would not recommend for anyone over a size 12

Had great customer service. Christina was so helpful and so cheerful, she really made the experience great. I didn't have an appointment at this store to begin with but due to unforeseen circumstances regarding my appointment at another store and us coming from out of town ..they were willing to fit us in for an appointment that day...so accommodating. I am very appreciative of their willingness to help...Will definitely be back again!

Awesome experience thus far with Blissful Bridal! Was able to say YES to the dress last weekend after searching high and low for something special. They certainly made me feel cared about and made it a priority to make the experience enjoyable for myself AND my bridesmaids/mom. THANK YOU!

Amazing experience ! They made me feel so special and excited for my big day. I had my own podium and Christina was absolutely great at providing high quality service. The experience from start to finish was better than I could have imagined. Thanks team, you went above and beyond.

Do not go to this store. it isn't at all blissful. We were two minutes late for my grad dress appointment and they canceled it. When we got there we had NO HELP what so ever. I will NOT be coming back!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. First, lets start with my consultant Calinda. I was happy to have a consultant who was patient, kind and really cared about me finding my dream dress. After seeing what I liked Calinda handpicked the first dress that I tried on and I ended up falling in love with it. I later went on to 3 other Bridal Stores and noting compared to the selection that Blissful Bridal had or the service. Calinda listen to me and knew exactly what dresses I wanted for my beach wedding. I'm 28 I want to feel young, sexy and trendy.... I felt amazing saying "yes to the dress". I would highly recommend this place, it is by far the best selection for Wedding Dresses in Calgary.

I was there today for a bridesmaid appointment. I had booked an appointment which was confirmed via email. We get there and the reception guy said he didn't have a room for me and got me mixed up with a walk in appointment. When he corrected himself, we met with the consultant who showed us where the bridesmaid dresses were and to pick out what I wanted to try on. My mom came with me and spent the whole time fitting me into the dresses, while our consultant was with the walk in appointment because she was more interested in a bride. Guess we know which ones they make their commissions off of. Anyways dresses were terrible and we left. We were there for a total of 20 mins.

Just got my grad dress and they were amazing. The staff we're super helpful and nice. They know what to do. The lady that helped me actually picked my dress!
