Wonderful and relaxing experience- top notch service

Very nice, by far the best pedicure I have ever had and they offered kids pedicures for $15 ( real pedicures, not just nail painting). Very friendly staff, wonderful ambience and reasonably priced. They were attentive, didn't rush and did not make you feel like you were being shuffled through the system like many do. Fantastic experience, I am definitely going back....in fact I booked my daughter's birthday party there!!

Vanessa is amazing! Love my nails & she's so nice to chat with!

They took the time to make sure my nails were done properly and looked professional. 2 weeks later and there's no lift from my nails, chips or scratches. Amazing atmosphere with happy smiling workers. Would recommend through and through.

The first time I walked thru that door I was instantly greeted with smiles and friendly banter. The pedicure I received was my very first and I will go back for sure for other services. The decor caught my eye and along with the impeccable cleanliness of the shop. Thanks for treating me so well ladies !

Myself and my sister treated our mom to a pedicure and we were very happy with the services we recieved. They were able to do the three of us at the same time and even allowed us to bring in the champagne and chocolates we brought! Accommodating and friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and our pedicures turned out great. Very pleased and will highly recommend!

Took my Mom and Grandma here for my Grandma’s birthday. We all had Pedicures done. Staff was very friendly. But we are quite disappointed that after 3 days the nail polish has worn off. Not worth $150+ for it to only last 3 days...

I have been seeing blissful for a fair while and have always been very happy however, the last time I went in I had a gel nail fill and a pedicure. I had a new technician do my nail fill. My nails were repetitively filed to close to my finger, I pulled away and said ouch numerous times, she continued to fill too close. I had cuts under most of my nails. Then with my pedicure the technician used a electric file for the first time and many of my toe cuticles we filed so deep they were open and swollen for many weeks. I had to use an antibiotic ointment to ease the pain and swelling.



I called to speak with a manager once healed, as I had photos to show the injury I sustain, I asked if there was anything they would do in order to have me return. They said no. Also they placed the full blame on me for not speaking up and not coming in sooner. I spoke up many times. My pulling back and saying not to file so close wasn’t making any difference. Over $120.



Needless to say, I will not be able to return for another service as this wasn’t a satisfactory service or amendment.

The man argued with her trying to tell her they were false nails and filed them off with a drill, she even mentioned to him a couple times that it’s burning....WTF!!!!!
