Absolutely love this place..we come back to it every time when in Banff!! Amazing selection of fusion food choices...perfect size portions for sharing !! Let me now forget...superb cocktails!!!

Had dinner with a colleague. Loved the atmosphere. Loved the fusion food. Interesting dishes. Like the salad most, but samosa had great sauce! RiIlette was very good. Fries were good. Wish I’d had room for dessert. Reasonable prices!

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch on a Sunday. The service was very quick, friendly and helpful. We got the Three Dips as an appetizer, all of which were delicious, and I got the veggie burger made vegan while my boyfriend got the Blockalicious burger. The veggie burger was super flavourful and had a great texture!! One of the best I've tried! We would definitely come back here.

Phenomenal food and drinks! Small, cozy place and worth the wait for a table. A definite go-to in Banff. Get the Asian lettuce wraps! We ate there twice on our trip.

Great food, but unlike the reviews for this place, the service was lacking. Most likely will not come here again, which is unfortunate since the food was good.

It took us 5 minutes to get seated when they were basically empty. They didn't bother greeting us at all.

During dinner service, they didn't bother checking in on us until they already left a bad impression on us. Since they never checked in on us, we could never order more food when we wanted it and when we finally got to order, getting the food took far too long with none of the staff letting us know what was going on with it.

As for the food, the portions were small but made for sharing. The menu was asian inspired and utilized the ingredients quite well.

Always a great experience. Staff are friendly. Food is top notch. Drinks are on point. Ambiance is upbeat and inviting.

The food was awesome!! Excellent dish presentation, excellent flavours, very good service. Definitely a must go and for sure coming back.

Great menu, good vibe. Very diverse menu, so great for groups or couples who can't make up their mind. House burger is phenomenal (what I had), but everything looked great that they were pulling out of the kitchen. Good outdoor spot if the weather is nice.

Awesome little spot in the middle of town. The food is awesome but a bit pricey, I think it's still definitely with trying. It's a bit small and it fills up fast so it's best to make reservations a few days in advance.

Love love loved this place. It had really good reviews on trip advisor and since they had some vegetarian friendly options, my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try while in Banff. Best. Decision. Ever. Certainly no complaints about the service, our server was very kind and prompt. But the best part hands down was the food. I cant even put into words how great it was. I ordered their veggie burger and it was quite simply the most spectacular veggie burger I have ever eaten! I got a salad on the side which was fine too, just a simple house salad. My boyfriend got the crispy chicken sandwich with fries, he was content with the burger but also took a bite of my burger and wished he had ordered the same thing ;) Their fries are delicious as well! Slim fries with lots of seasoning(not a ton of salt, actual seasonings), soo yummy. SO, bottom line, definitely check this place out, super cute, cozy little restaurant and GET THE VEGGIE BURGER (with fries ;))

We had the mixed dip as appetizer and fell in love with the sweet potato one. The chicken curry bowl is amazing too. Beer and wine selection is very good. A little bit small, but comfortable. Because of the size get there early to have a seat.

There are 4-5 top 20 restaurants within a 50 metre radius as per trip advisor, 3 in the top 5. I have tried and recommend them all, but Block is in my opinion the best by a healthy margin. Absolutely delicious food, very good service and atmosphere, and the prices are in line with those of the run of the mill restaurants in Banff. Only downside is that it is small and kind of cramped. I will recommend Block as a must visit to anyone going to Banff.
