Bloomex Flowers Calgary

The website was so easy to use, the choice and price were excellent, and they delivered on time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that one of the balloons was 1/2 deflated. Other than this, great service and product and I will be using this service again!

Asked for flowers to be delivered to an address. "At their drivers discretion" the flowers were left with a neighbor who did not forward them on to the intended recipient.
Bloomex was not helpful in resolving this and demanded another $15 delivery charge for their error.
You MUST put in your special instructions NOT to leave with a neighbor. They expect you to instruct them of this despite not disclosing this policy during the purchase process.

Lovely flowers! I appreciated that I can pick and chose when I want my flowers delivered. It was easy and fast to place an order and it's super easy to customize it by adding whatever you like. The only issue I had was it was delivered by FedEx and the truck was cold so I lost some rose petals. I carefully removed the few damaged one and still had big, beautiful blooms.

I was very concerned at first because the delivery was late, it finally arrived at 8:00 pm. But the driver got a bit lost and the weather wasn't fantastic, so all is forgiven. And the quality of the arrangements was absolutely stunning! They were even more beautiful then the picture on the website. These were ordered for my mother-in-law and she was so pleased with them. Big thank you to the talented florist who put the arrangement together, it turned out just incredible! A gorgeous splash of color for a special birthday surprise.

I have received inexcusably poor customer service from Bloomex. I ordered a delivery yesterday to be delivered today. I received an email saying my package was out for delivery around 1 pm. I never heard anything from Bloomex again and the package was not delivered. When I tried to inquire about this online, I spoke with someone named 'Nat' who kept ending chats with me when I asked about my delivery. Finally, Nat gave me a very vague answer about my delivery saying that Bloomex is going to contact the delivery company to ask about the delay. I then received a very vague email about my delivery that still gave no answers as to where it was or why it was not delivered. I then tried calling Bloomex only to receive even worse customer service. A spoke with a man who told me that Bloomex does not outsource deliveries, they use their own service. (This contradicts what Nat told me.) This man also refused to give me any other information about the delivery process, I finally had to hang up after he yelled at me "I am not going to tell you anything" in a very aggressive and rude way.

Ordering through Bloomex ensures beautiful flowers, delivered on time, fresh and wonderfully arranged. I always go for the vase as well as it makes it so easy for my friends. And Bloomex keeps me posted on delivery status which is really helpful.

There is a large selection to choose from, many options available to enhance my gift, and the opportunity to write a review for one of my favourite vendors, AND be rewarded with a discount coupon for my next order is great. I have been a steady user of Bloomex for over two year and intend to continue as long as they are reliable and continue to offer so many lovely choices, and an easy to use website.

Just ordered flowers from Bloomex for Wife's Birthday. It was super easy and simple. They have such a wide variety of options to choose from. I can even send different things to different places at the same time. I really like how user friendly the website is. I will definitely be using Bloomex to order my flowers from now on. The suggestions from several of my friends about this site was certainly very true.

I placed an order from Ottawa, to be delivered to someone in Vancouver and it went seamlessly. They received them on the date they were supposed to, in great condition! They sent me a picture and they looked really good. Shipping/delivery fee is a little high in my opinion but they always have great deals on the flowers so it makes it worth the cost.

They have a great variety of options to choose from. I will definitely be using Bloomex to order my flowers from now on. Also very affordable and their delivery options are great they even deliver on Sunday's too!
