Bloomin' Groovin' Babies Description
Offering post-natal classes in Sherwood Park for mommies and babies to groove together and have fun while burning calories! This class will offer exposure to music, movement and fun while mommy and baby are bonding during babywearing. If your baby has outgrown your carrier, they are welcome to come and dance beside you.
This class is suitable for babies 6 weeks and up and Moms who have their doctor's approval to exercise.
