Really nice staff. Very helpful.

Slow, understaffed on Saturdays and overall poor customer service. I no longer bank with BMO due to overall poor experiences & inconvenient hours.

Just switched to BMO and this specific location is unreal! The service is quick and efficient and the teller lady's are overly nice in the best way! They go above and beyond and I'm so happy I made the switch :)

BMO Westbrook is the Best customer service in the area,

They out right refused service to me and when they thought I was gone they stood around and made fun of me for 10 minutes. I will be lodging a formal complaint to bmo head office on monday. This kind of service is out right wrong and I urge anyone who has had similar issues to do what I do and see they are held accountable.
