A bit slow and understaffed

The lines are long here and usually understaffed. Nice tellers though.

Nice friendly people.

They helped me out even when I had zero ID with me.

Today was different. Normally I don't have any problem with this bank when I deal with my business account. Today I went there to take out 4k from my credit card and they made it difficult. They said the branch does not have enough funds to take out cash. Is that for real? They cannot waive it and they can only give me 2k and that I would have to go to another branch to get the other 2k. This is a financial advisor advising me to take out 2 cash advances with 2 cash advance fees. That's poor standard for a bank and for a bank advisor. All I got was "sorry" that they could not help me.
