Super friendly staff!

Poor customer service, they do not return calls, I've had multiple poor experiences in dealing with this branch. The BMO company in general is poorly run, with fragmented operations, with branches who do not speak with eachother. I have moved banks and will no longer be providing any business to this establishment or its organization.

How much BMO and it employees hate their customers! Just a simple request to print off my bank info for wire transfers. The representative led me find such info from online banking. As I insisted, she just printed transit#, account# etc on a piece of paper - hard to read. The same request took me just 2 minutes at Scotiabank and Scotiabank gave me well build forms with info clearly listed. When I asked her why the info she gave me was different from Scotiabank. Instead of answering my question, she asked me is your the other bank BMO? Of course not, I'm glad I'm dealing with another bank! I have moved my investments from BMO, I'm now seriously considering cancel all BMO accounts. Sucks

The staff and management are fantastic--so much I recommended to my girlfriend to switch from CIBC

Not a very reliable branch. I do not bank with BMO so this is based on the service I received as a financial customer with a car loan. An error occurred on processing payment information and they drained my bank account, creating a negative balance in my bank account, frozen accounts and 72 hours of NO money!
After the embarrassment of trying to purchase gas I called to find out what was happening. I was told nothing could be done until Monday Morning (this is mid-morning Saturday). when Monday did finally come - it took 10 phone calls and my anger to move things along with the branch Manager who told me "I was on a list of things to do" and that "she was not present" when her staff promised to fix this right away. I did not have access to any of my money until 7:30pm that night after I fought to make the understanding very clear this is to be fixed immediately. Not very impressed with the sense of urgency on man made errors that result in severe issues for the customer. nor the lack of care given to the issue at hand by the employee or the branch manager. I will never step foot in this branch again as it is very clear I was not a priority or a concern.
