Horrible service. You have to wait there forever just to deposit your money.. lazy, rude and irresponsible staff.. poor customer service...worst experience ever had with BMO..

Working hours not convenient. What happens to people who work during the day? most people finish work around 5 pm.

Stopped banking with BMO solely due to this branch. Customer service was consistently horrible and I packed up. When the rep over the phone contacted to ask for feedback, it felt like a formality without any hope for any action or remediation.

I walked in on Tuesday around 4.40p.m..Line up are always long and takes 20mins to get service. The teller have no customer service ethics. Even though this location only has 2.2 stars they still do not doing anything to change the establishment. Very disappointed..Teller did not have any clue how to update my status on system and absolutely unprofessional, She told me unnecessary excuses that she does not know how to update the status.. However, when i walked in Marlborough branch, another teller resolved my issue swiftly without any dramas..

Great Experience. The manager is very friendly and helps out when there is any questions. The tellers are quick. I know many people say there are lots of long lines but maybe because this is a very populated area and there isn't another BMO nearby. I moved my business accounts and it has been great

If you want to go to this location be ready to spend a good half an hour in line

Great service! The bank manager Zeeshan Ghani went out of his way to accommodate my request. I've been banking with BMO for the past 20 years and never had a complaint. This branch is no different.
