Bmo Bank Of Montreal

The counter staff is not the same as when the location opened. They were super awesome for so many years and then it all just went downhill from there. I loved the staff there before. They were ALL ALWAYS inviting, friendly, warm, caring, and PERSONABLE. I think it's just because they're all moving to the Nolan Hill location and they don't care much about the clients or mess that they will be leaving behind. Too disappointed!!!

I don't know about the other reviews but I have never had an issue at this bank. They have always been helpful and friendly when I go in. A man (I assume the manager) always walks around when its busy to see if he can help people with non cash transactions at the other desk to speed things up. Plus on one really hot day they had freezie friday so you could have a free freezie while you waited in line. It was a super fun surprise!

Always very slow, barely anyone works here. Go to another BMO brance this one is bad.

Typical bank, don't expect to be wow'd with the service, but no worse than anywhere else you'll deal with.

You will never find a more useless teller in all of your life. Totally unhelpful and unwilling to call another branch to try and resolve an issue. Now I know why I don't bank at BMO. This took place on February 25, 2017 at 13:12. If anyone at BMO reads these reviews, they will know who I am talking about.

Horrible customer service. I walked in at 130pm on a Wednesday. 4 employees behind the counter and only 1 servicing customers. I went in to change my last name which I thought was quick and easy. Brought my documents and waited in the line. The teller doesn't smile at me when I approach the counter. I tell her I need to change my last name and she informs me I need to make an appointment with a financial advisor. There was no one else in the bank. No cars in the lot. She never offered to get me an advisor or offered to see if one was even available. I walked out. Went to my second bank -RBC in Evanston - walked in, was greeted with a smile and helped immediately with my name change! Bye bye BMO. I'm done banking with you.
