Always the best service at this location! I definitely go out of my way sometimes just because I find that this BMO location is the most fast and efficient. They are only ever slow when their clients have a complicated banking issue which is out of their own control. People *should* normally be prepared before they go to the teller with whatever banking need they have instead of fumbling around last minute anyways (especially after complaining in line). Even then, all of their staff go above and beyond in order to provide the best customer service.

So many bank errors which ruining our business reputation! terrible location for business account since the don't have business account manager. And the one they had moved away and since then mess after mess! so disappointing.

Typical bank. Take your money, make you wait. At least they could provide some lube.

wonderful service. im not a regular customer but i have a line of credit with bmo.i lost my cheque book and the lady at the commercial service desk looked after me, and made me feel like an old friend.so nice to have such great service. thank you BMO.

Horrible wait times. Absolutely ridiculous. I run a business, not only do I have to wait till 10am for this place to open, the commercial till his hardly ever open. They have 8+ desk and usually only have 2 reps available to serve. Banks have turned into jokes.

I deposited a check and some cash over the weekend on "May 20 2017 at "4015 17 Ave se" Calgary Alberta ATM machine into my business account. After the ATM machine took my check and money the machine went blank then it said ATM no longer in service, and it did not print my receipt. I immediately looked into my online account and it did not get deposited. I then called the 1-800 head office for BMO they said "there is nothing they can do and it will take 5 to 15 business days to resolve this matter" , I freaked out and told them "I got EFT's coming out on the next business day and they will bounce", so they transferred me to my branch at Chinook, talked to the manager I think her name is Catherine. not really a people person, and kind of rude, if she does not have an answer or if she does not like what you saying she brushes you off. What's really frustrating is that I have a business to run, "time and money" is an essence, and when your own bank of over 15 years, does not help or acknowledge the problem and blame the problem on a third party, then maybe its time to look for a new bank that would appreciate my business and help me solve the problem immediately. Never heard of this before, a person deposits money in there banks ATM machine and your own bank loses the money, its been 20 days now and nothing yet. They should cover my check/money and solve the problem on there own convenient time not mine.

I called this branch to confirm the withdrawal of an amount larger than the branch policy. I was assured over the phone by the employee that this would not be an issue. I spent 35 minutes in line to get to the counter and find out that this wasn't possible.
There was a single teller working during peak hours over lunch at this branch.
