Instead of employing someone to talk to people while they wait In line, hire more tellers. Even during the slowest parts of the day I've always had to wait In line for at least 5 min. That's not a big deal but when I have someone trying to ask how my day Is, I'd rather they be behind the counter making that line move faster.

Every customer was approached and greeted by a BMO employee, while waiting in line, offering their assistance. There were two employees who did so, one of whom was particularly helpful to me while I waited for a teller to become available. Fantastic service this afternoon!

Theres no after hours atm. Nice but long line ups.

Don't know why they punish there business clients by having to wait in the business line. Half the tellers and twice the wait
