As Owner of A Laptop Shoppe ,this is my home branch . I am please to see the bank listened to my concerns and reinstated the business line up thank you.

I have to add lise the very professional and knowledgeable staff who originally opened my account in 2008 and the other caring staff are friendly and concerned.

As Owner of A Laptop Shoppe ,this is my home branch . I am frustrated as are all the other business owners I meet in the personal banking lineup . Since they stopped serving businesses with a dedicated business lineup ,I am forced to work later in my business due to the lost time at the bank.

I have to add lise the very professional and knowledgeable staff who originally opened my account in 2008 and the other caring staff are friendly and concerned ,as well as powerless to the executives who imposed this irresponsible policy . I feel bad for these employees working in this environment and I feel frustrated that I am taken for granted and that my time is not valued.

Despite it taking around 20 mins for my turn to come the teller did her best to go as fast as possible and took only 10 mins for my 3 deposits and giving me change.

Should have listened to the reviews and stayed away from this location but unfortunately I didn't. Please do not waste your time going to this location.

Clean inside, plenty of ATMS inside, bike rack at the front door and Drive Thru ATM.

The lady was a totally "b". I closed my account and left. They need to realize the fact they need you not you need them. 😒

The worst bank ever. Be prepared to wait half hour. And they really do not want to serve you. Because they tell you always that you can use instant teller. Or online banking. If I could use online bank do they release that I would. And I would not wait for half hour. And they lie. Every time you ask them why we have to wait so long. They tell you that they are fixing the problem. They have been doing it for 3 years now. Also some of there staff have issues with woman. When me and my husband went to renew our mortgage the man would not even look at me. He only talked to my husband. And once I was standing in a line and they were promoting some kind of bank again the male banker did not approach any female customers only male.

This branch is ok, the staff are nice enough, but there's not enough of them at busy times. I stood in a very long line a good 15 minutes and once it started to move it still took another 20 minutes. So before I actually got to the wicket, it was nearly half an hour. Only two (2) tellers on.
