Bmo Bank Of Montreal

My DJ company 1st in Entertainment banks here, so we have a business account. BMO started charging all small business accounts monthly fees regardless of the balance. That's not the account I signed up for which was free with a fairly hefty minimum balance. It would have been nice if they could have honoured existing agreements with their customers. My company honours old rates for repeat clients because we want their business, this policy makes me feel undervalued as a consumer. I wasn't thrilled that I wasn't given any say in the matter, I supposed I could move our commercial account but all of the major banks seem to have gotten together to implement similiar fees - not much competition in that industry. The branch at Brentwood is a fairly typical experience. Sometimes there are lineups, the service is typical - I haven't had any specific issues with that. They recently renovated the branch so it's a bit cleaner looking now. On the positive side I do enjoy the free coffee and tea machine they stock.

Absolutely worst branch I have ever been too. This has been, unfortunately, my home branch. I am no longer with BMO because of the lack of professionalism from the staff here. There is always a wait and they have no censorship for your privacy. Will NEVER bank with BMO ever again.

Holly is the worst teller ever. Every time I come in to deposit my money she pushes to find out where the money is coming from. Even if it's a cheque from the government. My banking is my personal business. She should not be forcing to find out where my money is coming from. She's nosey and rude each time she helps me.

The Brentwood location has served my needs for well over 15 years. There have occasionally been lineups, of course, however the staff have always been pleasant and patient. I do miss my hot chocolate though.....

I couldn't agree more with all the bad reviews here for BMO Brentwood. Doesn't even deserve less than a star (RUDE, ARROGANT and UNPROFESSIONAL). The WORST banking experience ever! (And I've been banking in many countries in 4 continents!). The branch at Market Mall surely a lot better in terms of service and professionalism (This is the branch where I initially opened my account with this bank). I always prefer to go there though further away from my place.

Horrible customer service. This branch clearly does not understand that customer relationships is a critical part of BMO's business model. If you have any banking issues, I would suggest you go to a different branch.
