Good service the times I have been

What's happened to this branch?
I used to love going in, friendly familiar faces, now I can't count the number of times I've walked out due to the line-up, 2 tellers, sometimes doing very lengthy transactions which literally bottle necks the line up. There's obviously been a management change or something because of the turnover. I know I'm not the only one who has noticed the change, standing in line that long people talk. It's close to home so it's always been convenient, but I think I'll drive an extra few minutes and go over the RBC branch in Braeside, lots of tellers, faster service and familiar faces.
