I recently traded in my Audi for a pre-owned BMW at BMW Gallery. I must say that my experience here was wonderful in comparison to my recent interactions with other dealerships. Ryan in sales was excellent; friendly, honest, and not at all pushy. Everyone else I spoke to was good too. Financing and paperwork was about as easy as it could be. Highly recommend!

I went in to BMW Gallery to learn more about the X4 and to see what I would get on trade for my 535i. I was referred to Ryan K. and told him my story. He showed my wife and I the vehicle we were interested in and arranged for us to take it home for the evening. When it came time to discuss price and trade value he was straight forward in what they could do. I explained what I was looking for and a deal was negotiated. Ryan followed up with me to ensure I was happy with the purchase.

Chris C. always does a great job of making sure I'm up to date on any work on the car and explains everything perfectly. He has personally overseen my car more than once, and I have no want or reason to go to any other service advisor (although I'm sure they're just as fit to do the job). Managers, take note!

From service, sales, parts and the shuttle drivers, I've never had a bad experience. Coming from some horrible experiences in the past from dealerships, this is a breath of fresh air.

This was our best vehicle purchase experience in a very long time. Our sales consultant Candice He listened to our needs and wants, and helped us to compare in stock as well as factory order options. She went above and beyond to find us the particular X1 we wanted. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have purchased our vehicle from this dealership, since we had some issues with the service department a few years ago. Candice is well-educated, pleasant and very knowledgable about BMW products. That made our purchase smooth and pleasant. We really enjoyed our conversations with her; she likes to travel as much as we do but we learn something new about the world from her every time we chat! Amazing sales lady, and the sales manager Michael was very helpful as well. Their willingness to help is incredible.

Candice is amazing, very accommodating, very nice and sincere. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure the cars were ready to go and all cleaned for test drives. She went to extra mile to try to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. Whenever any hiccups appeared she was on top of things to resolve them and to even go above and beyond to make it up to us.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. She even checked up on me months after the purchase to ensure I was still happy. & has always made herself available to me if any questions arise. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend dealing with her if you are looking for a new or used BMW. I would not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from her. She will definitely take care of you!

After dealing with Crowfoot dodge for a year after getting my out of province inspection done it just seemed like a nightmare to deal with dealerships, I recently purchased a used 2008 BMW and brought it in for a service. I was dealing with Earl who was amazing to deal with, he was forthcoming about everything, called me for all the updates and ask if it was okay and even give me some foreshadowing on things that may need repairs in the future.

I came back to pick up my vehicle for a service with my fiance and started talking to Ed about trading in my Jeep to move away because of crowfoot dodges service. Ed was very knowledgeable, friendly, and it felt like he was on your team to get you the best deal. I greatly appreciate everyone at the BMW gallery north for making me feel like they valued me. I would recommend to everyone to deal with them for everything.

Arrived to my appointment to view a used vehicle, after the dealership had responded earlier the same day that the vehicle was still available. Met the salesman, who after 15 minutes returned to tell me that the vehicle had been sent out earlier in the day for a bumper repair. Another 15 minutes to meet and talk to the Used Car Manager. Both gentlemen assured me that they would bring the vehicle to me to view when it is ready, as I live 30 minutes away from the dealership. I have wasted 90 minutes of my time. Next day there was an email asking for a time that would work for me to view the vehicle, which I responded to. Nothing. (As I write this the vehicle is still listed for sale on their website) I would have expected a much better experience, especially after the initial major screw up. This is the second less than stellar experience I have had with a dealership owned by this company...there certainly won't be a third.

My wife and I recently bought an 328i from Rada and what an outstanding sales person. Lots of product knowledge, no pressure to buy, just the comfort in knowing he was looking out for our intrests and providing peace of mind. We also had the pleasure of speaking with Graham (the General Manager of BMW Gallery), he re-assured us of our purchase and that we were happy with the process. We would definitely recommend him, and the BMW Gallery team when searching for a new or used vehicle.
