I have fun sum here almost once a week. Love the food and friendly staff.

Wonderful restaurant in the heart of edgemont, shares space with a vietnamese style restaurant as well so has a huge range and variety of available foods.

Recently renovated so it's no longer that hole in the wall that has great food, it's just an amazing restaurant overall.

Fresh love seafood, hot pot and all the traditional dishes you expect from a high end asian restaurant.

Peking duck is offered in one or three course variants, but you should reserve ahead to ensure they don't run out.

No pokestops or gyms within range.

The food here is generally always quite good. I've had a couple instances where dishes were missing or not seasoned correctly but the staff always try to fix any issues. The new renovations are also very nice, this is definitely worth checking out.

Im a bit hesitate when i read the review about this place because of the low rating. But my experience was totally different. The customer service is awesome! The food was great especially the steamed fish and pork ribs wt sauce. Do make a reservation before you come to avoid the Q. 5 star for me !

Too bad there's no option for 0 stars. We ordered from Skip The Dishes app. It's so close to the house so shouldn't take long - ETA was a half hour. We waited an hour and still had no order. Called Skip The Dishes, they had to call the restaurant because they handle their own delivery, so we couldn't even track it. Turns out they never put our order in and if we wanted them to proceed it would be another hour wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Second time we've had issues with them.

Food was pretty good but the service was very slow this day. The meal dishes came one at a time.

ook forever to take our order about 30 mins, tea was cold when we got it. Horrible place do not recommend. Food wasn't even that great. Terrible service and terrible food, not a great place to come to.

Why can't I give zero stars?

This place deserves 0 stars for their customer service. Making a reservation does not make a difference as you will be treated as the same a walk in. Calling them, you will be greeted with a yelling lady who will continue to shout at you until you hang up. They simply do not care about caring for their guests. All they want is to take as much money from you as possible. The food is fantastic and we have gone numerous times, overlooking the horrendous staff and service. However the last 2 times has finally taken this place off my list for life. First incident we ordered a bunch of food with bubble tea. Food was great and prompt because they want to get you out as quickly as possible so they can get the next sucker seated. The bubble tea took forever and by the end of our meal it still hasn't come. Our leftovers were packed so I went to pay and cancel the drinks. The lady realised the drinks were missed after I told her to take it off the bill. She quickly stopped processing my bill and called the lady to tell her in Chinese "drinks are easy money, hurry and make it". She ignored me and ran into the kitchen. 3 minutes later the drinks arrived. I told her I didn't want them to which she replied "we already made it" and asked for the full amount of our bill. I told her my leftovers came before me drinks and she replied "they are in take out cups, is okay"

All about the money.

Second issue was we made a reservation Saturday night at 6:30pm.... Prime time for dinner. Arrive at 6:20pm and stood around the door for 5 minutes. I told the lady we had reservations to which she replied "it doesn't matter, we are renovating so you need to wait. You can sit there (a small table for 4)" to which I asked "how will 6 people fit there?". She ignored my question and took the next people in line.

Customers are never right.

Good foods, fresh, delicious dim sum location! Will be back to try out the dinner menu with a group of people. Fabulous friendly and generous staff. Great little hidden gem in Edgemont, NW Calgary.
