Bodhi Fitness is my new fitness and wellness company. I’m really excited about this new chapter! Fitness and yoga are my passions and I’m really excited to help people realize their potential and become healthier and more active through fitness and yoga.
If you or someone you know is looking to get healthier but maybe isn’t comfortable in a gym setting or would prefer someone to come to them for personalized workouts or yoga sessions, I am very flexible with locations, schedules and packages. I will customize a fitness plan based on personal interests and goals.
