Wonderful studio with the best desk staff in the city!

Practiced here for 15+ years. I seek out other yoga experiences but always come back. Best studio in Calgary hand down.

The first hot yoga class I ever took was at Bodhi Tree while I was a student nearby at Queen E. and it made me completely fall in love with it. I remember my make-up melted off during the session, which on a normal day back then, would have upset me. But I was so relaxed after class that it felt freeing. I felt more comfortable with myself.

The studio is a joy for the senses. The sound of water gently trickling over layered stones in the foyer fountain is soothing and pleasant. Natural light genersouly pours in from the front windows and mingles nicely with the warm, soft lights fitted throughout the space. The studio literally glimmers with cleanliness and is filled with positive energy.

The staff are kind by nature and you are never made to feel pressured or judged, regardless of experience level or familiarity with yoga. The price point is reasonable and very affordable with the karma classes — especially considering the quality of amenities and instruction.

As someone who struggles with anxiety, sleeping can be difficult for me in any setting but I was so comfortable in a class there that I was totally out by the end. Visiting Bodhi Tree is always a refreshing experience that I look forward to!

This is a beautiful studio filled with wonderful instructors! There is a lot of variety in the classes offered and all of them are fantastic. I go here at least once a week all fall and winter and it keeps me out of the Physio clinics for the whole season.
I would recommend to any and all!

My fav yoga place... too bad it wasn't closer...parking is kinda brutal but worth the hunt, I have tried other places but the ambiance here is perfect. Go early to find parking...

My instructor Amy, was super friendly and funny. Bodhi Tree is located on a very busy road but once you walk in it seems as if everything stops and youre in a whole different world. The atmosphere was really relaxing and cozy and everyone was super friendly. My class went and had a private session, everyone seemed to enjoy it. Felt so relaxed, open, and calm afterwards. Great first experience, will definitely go back again.

Instructors, owners, atmosphere and classes are great. Hot classes are not so hot that it distracts from the practice. For all these reasons I always feel good when I walk out the door. I guess that's why I keep coming back.

Always the focus is on foundation. The teachers are caring and motivate. They listen. The space is well cared for and the puja wall was built to create beauty. It is a very welcoming community. I recommend the foundation course first as it helps set you up for success and you can learn how your body responds in a small group environment. Classes can be challenging but students are always encouraged to do what works for them.
