I am a certified Personal Trainer, now with Anytime Fitness in Whitecourt! I have studied and received a 2 year diploma from NAIT for Personal Fitness Training as well as NASM's Corrective Exercise Specialist, these combined enable me to provide training for those with many different types of injuries, disabilities and ailments. My goal is for my passion, positive attitude, experience and education to make for a wonderful experience for those training under my guidance.
