I had a couple hours to kill and wanted to find the perfect pair of pants... something I had in mind that I purchased a couple years before. An item no longer carried I was disappointed and on the hunt for something that would be just as flattering, and 2 staffers helped to look and grab samples and let me try on so many items and got excited and tried to dress me and it was the most fun experience shopping I've had in awhile. After being referred to their funnest customer, and breaking a sweat with all the costume changes, I found something perfect and a whole lot more, and left with huge smiles. Friendly helpful knowledgeable huge assortment of tastes perfect atmosphere and friends for life

I bought this online on a Friday afternoon and I got it in the mail the following Thursday. I absolutely love my new hood! The ladies that work there helped answer all my question and we're very enjoyable to speak to. Thank you and I can't wait to buy another one

Fantasic customer service, easy online store to navigate and purchase, REALLY great prices for what you're getting. People at first think they are purchasing a hood but really it's an experience you are purchasing. You look at your hood and think "oh I _______ wearing this" "I got to high five DJ ______ in this" "I cried in this because my bf ________" ect ect. It's an experience designed as a hood. ♡ Much love to you guys and the work you do.

Came across Bolli Imports by driving around the Kensington area today. The ponchos hanging outside the store are what caught my eye. Patricia greeted us including my daughter with a great big smile. My daughter was a little shy but let me tell ya, she loves the giraffe finger puppet you gave her. I'm not from the city but I'll ll definitely stop by when I'm in town again! And yes I bought the poncho!

Bolli is my faaavourite store. Not only does it have amazing clothes and accessories which make up a majority of my wardrobe, but the employees are so wonderful. Such kind hearted folks work behind those desks and they are so great to deal with, if you need help with anything they're there. No issue is ever an issue because they always handle things in a kind professional and understanding manor, how could anyone be upset with this company?? I could go on and on about the great things about Bolli Imports, but you just have to go there for yourself. You'll agree that shopping there is truly an experience that will make you leave smiling. Again, not just because of the amazing attire you'll be walking away with ;) I love you Bolli, thank you so much for staying in Prince George as long as you have, it's just been splendid xD

Amazing quality! You can tell that every single hood is made with love and special care to detail. And if you don't see exactly what you're hoping for, they can custom make a hood to incorporate everything you've ever dreamed. Lovely owner too.

Many Shambhalas ago, I wandered to the vendors to explore all the colors and styles of textiles and fine crafts when a stand with hundreds of fuzzy hoods, finger puppets, hacky sacks and hammocks in all colors, fabrics and shapes. That year, I found my favorite outdoor rave accessory--a fuzzy green hood with strands of electric blue. They're the only hat that hugs you back! I love how you can put it on to keep you cold or tie it around your leg if you get too warm; things that attach themselves to me are the best when dancing all night. The following year I bought a few sacks and a hammock, all of which I still own in perfect condition 6 years later.

Not a 5/5 because the prices have increased greatly over the last few years making the hoods way more expensive than they should be. Also customer service and price identification at festivals should be looked in to.

I'm very impressed with what this store has to offer, so I did an online order. To to be honest I do not do allot of on line shopping, but really wanted this item and it's hard to find. So, I made my order on 12/16 and waited a few weeks and contacted them on 1/5, Was told by the manager, Skye there was a new person doing the on line orders, and she would make sure to get my order in the mail that day and get me a tracking number.



After waiting another nine days I asked about a tracking number and never received an answer, so I sent a message through facebook and the owner answered right away (kindly, she was out of the country, so I very much appreciated that). After talking with her, my item was shipped the next day, Skye emailed me the tracking number, (although she seemed a bit agitated by the whole thing in the email I received) and I received the item today 1/22.



To be honest I'm very happy with the product. I completely understand new people, and I know it takes a while to train doing new orders, especially on line. I own my own business though, and when these things happen we make sure to take care of the customer in some way to help make up for our mistakes on our end. I can not say at this time if I will or will not shop here again, depends if I can find the product elsewhere.
