Great experience! Got me in no problem and did any amazing job on my eye Brows! I am very particular on how they look and she did a great job! Will deffs be going back!

there was some confusion with my first visit and I was disappointed with my eyebrows. However they phoned me directly and were very professional and offered to have me come back in to see Kada to fix my eyebrows. Kada did an amazing job! Excellent customer service and I will be sure to go back!

Kada did a wonderful job!!!! i had my makeup and hair done by her for my wedding reception. I can not explain how pleased i was with her work. Even though i booked her very last minute, she was able to squeeze me in for a very detailed consultation and she came in on a stat holiday to get me ready. She was very sweet and answered all my questions. I recommend Kada to any bride who wants to have a fusion of traditional yet modern makeup and hair! Absolutely fantastic job Kada! thank you so much for making me look and feel like a princess on my special day !

After reading several reviews praising her eyebrow shaping skills, I was so excited for my appointment with Kada! Unfortunately, when I arrived, she scanned me up and down (with a look that seemed like disgust??) and remarked, "Rakhi will take care of you." Not even a smile or hello; I was very confused! She may have been in the midst of a bad day, but it was still extremely rude-- not to mention that I specifically booked my appointment with her.

I waited a whole week to get an appointment with her, as she was unavailable on the schedule until today. $19 for awful customer service (the only person working there with wonderful customer service was Rakhi) and to be brushed off by the owner was definitely not worth it. It's too bad, because I was hoping to discuss microblading with her.

Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend Bombay Beauty Loft to any of my friends after the treatment that I received!

Kada is THEE best eyebrow fairy I have ever had. She is so knowledgable and has such a good eye for a flattering shape. Couldn't be happier with how my brows having been shaped and filling in for the last couple months.

Great eyebrow shaping. Clean fast and explain how they are going to do it. Even ask you what typw of shape you prefer

I've been hopping from salon to salon for over 4 years to find a consistently good brow artist. I came to Kada for an eyebrow threading and without a doubt she did the best job I've seen in years!!! Kada is super nice and knowledgeable. Mina is also super nice and does amazing brows. The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed, professional, and clean!! I'll definitely be going to only them from now on.
