I would give this place a 4/5 stars normally but my experience was so different from others I wanted to emphasize what I appreciated in comparison.
All of my dishes, the pizza bread, the eggplant dip, the veal and the tarrimisu tasted fresh. They were all well seasoned for me and the sauces were excellent.
I personally would have had more cheese on veal cannelloni, and a touch more sauce but it was still very good as it was made.
Above all they cared about what I thought about every dish and as you can see from the reviews below want to respond to any customers needs even after they leave poor reviews.
Keep it up, I'll be back again soon.

The Rocky special is fantastic!
Slightly on the pricy side, but you definatly pay for what you get. I would highly recommend this place, but my only thing is, it is can be very hard to get through on the phone line.

An exceptional little family run restaurant. Food was awesome. They do not skimp on food toppings and they make their own ceasar dressing that is the best I have ever had. The service made you feel right at home.

Great quality for price and absolutely delicious pizza! Friendly and competent staff. Lasagna to die for. Definitely recommend trying out this pizzeria if you haven't done so.

This place makes amazing Pizza. The staff is very polite and accommodating. However, my family and I order from them at least once a week. They honestly mess up our order 90%of the time. At least that. The last 5 times we ordered from them they got it wrong. Wrong pizza, wrong toppings, etc. Normally I would not care but they are very expensive. On top of their high prices they charge us $6 to deliver and we are literally 1km away. Also, I would not order anything else from them. Their pastas are not good at all. Their salads are terrible. Too be honest, I'm kind of fed up with Bona Roma. Pay $75 for 3 pizzas and the order is almost always wrong. Taking a break from them. I just cannot accept their high prices for incorrrct orders anymore.
