Yes the prices are high but you are receiving top quality craftsmanship on furniture that will last a lifetime. Seems more like a bargain to me. So people just can't see past the ends of their own noses.

I LOVE Bondars! Yes the prices are high but the quality is good. I also find that the sales people give you space and don't hover like those at the Brick or places alike.

I don't understand why people get offended about the sales people recommending their clearance center, it doesn't mean Bondars thinks you're too poor to shop at their regular store. It's only offensive if you make it offensive in your mind.

Honestly, the clearance center is awesome too as it stocks furniture customers returned not because it's poor quality. You can see on their price tags why some of the items were returned and you can find great deals. Worth a trip!

Diane was our sales lady and she was fantastic, my husband and I are very particular about what we wanted and she was incredibly patient, calm and very helpful.

Delivery is also great, they respect your home and are very careful when carrying and assembling your furniture.

Bought a leather sectional form this outfit. Waited two months for it to be manufactured in China(first red flag) after having paid for it in full. Finally got it and it was improperly built with a sinkhole in the lounger section and the leather is garbage, completely scratched everywhere by our beagle. The reason we bought leather was to not have a pet ruined couch, but Bondars' uses poor quality materials on their sectional couches and sells poorly built sectional couches. Also one of the legs fell off and cannot be reattached as the screw is not long enough to reach the hole in the couch, poor manufacturing; so it just sit on the leg unattached. We have another brown leather love seat in another room which is older and looks brand new ; it has quality leather and has yet to be scratched by our dog. after 10+ years of use. I will not return to Bodnars.

After renovating and redecorating recently, I have experienced the full spectrum of customer service which included warranty problems, manufacturing deficiencies, delivery delays(it's a long list) and Bondars has out shone their competitors when it comes to service and follow through.

Everyone I have been in contact with at Bondars has been polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. They carry fabulous brands, have a beautiful showroom and will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied.

Others have said they would too but.....few have lived up to it.

Hands down the best furniture shopping experience I've had in Calgary. The staff aren't pushy but are friendly and welcoming and the furniture is of incredible quality, and very reasonable. Would definitely go back and recommend!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WISH T COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR.

My husband and I were told to look here for furniture to fill our new home. The inside is very nice and they have some very nice pieces that I would have been interested to go back for. We were looking on this particular trip for a sectional for our basement theatre room and they did not have what we were looking for, no big deal. As we were leaving, the sales lady approached us and suggested that we go to their clearance store nearby so we could get a deal. She was clearly insinuating that we could not afford what we had been looking at which left a bad taste in my mouth and I may choose not to return when I am looking for furniture for the rest of the house. I think it is extremely poor customer service to suggest to someone in your store that they cannot afford what's there based on how they look. My husband and I are young and not very fashionable but can definitely afford to purchase furniture at Bondars, however will most likely not return.
