We took a family walk over to Bone & Biscuit this afternoon, and had a great experience! Pup was greeted with treats and love! They let him sniff everything he wanted and helped him pick out a toy! The shop is clean, and beautifully laid out. They have the prettiest collars I have ever seen! We will absolutely be going back :-)

We loving getting treats for our puppies here! The staff are amazing and know their stuff and exactly what to recommend! Can't wait to try out their grooming option too! So glad we got lucky to have such an amazing pet store in our community ♡

Was in bone and biscuit tonight (and yes I was one of those customers that came in right before closing ) Lorraine welcomed us in and helped us with everything we needed. We exchanged poochie stories and came out with a wealth of knowledge of products in the store. Couldn't have been happier with our experience. We will definitely be back!

Visited the store for the first time today. What a great experience! The staff went above and beyond the service I expected. They were very knowledgeable and worked with me to find the perfect products for our puppy. I highly recommend this store and will be a frequent customer from now on.

This shop has the best customer service in the city. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our pet is always treated so well when we come.

The owners have a wide selection of stock for dogs and cats. Many food samples were shared for our furr babies to try new product. The owners were welcome to order product if they didn't stock it. Dog grooming services are available also. Our boys have new toys and treats to look forward to. welcome to the neighbourhood!

You recommended the FirstMate Pacific Ocean Puppy Formula for her. I mixed some in the Purina puppy chow and she loves the FirstMate so much, she picks it out to eat first. Comparing beginning ingredients, Fish and potatoes and vitamins vs corn meal, corn meal gluten and poultry by products with chemicals, makes me glad I switched foods. Thank you for the gift bag. She loves the toys and the shampoo made her very soft and beautiful. Thank all your neighbor businesses too. They were very hospitable. What a great shopping area!

Our dog had an injured leg from a run last summer. We spent a fortune on a product from the vet and didn’t see results. On a whim while buying dog food, my husband mentioned to The staff what was going on. She recommended “Jump for JOYnts” which has been like a miracle in her healing. After about two weeks, our dog was jumping up in the couch again (she hadn’t done that since November). Not only was the product amazing, the team is great! Thanks!

My boyfriend and I stopped in on opening day and we were not disappointed! Not only did they have a great selection of products, but the staff went above and beyond to help out. As (soon to be) first time puppy owners, we had no idea where to begin when choosing a dog food. One of the workers spent a great amount of time with us explaining what we should be looking for and ultimately helping us pick a brand to try. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We look forward to being regular customers :)

Came in on opening day and every person in the store was so friendly and helpful. They have an awesome selection of food, toys, treats, and accessories for both dogs and cats. They have products that I haven't seen at other pet stores in the area and knowledgable staff to give recommendations. Loved it and will definitely be returning!

Bone and Biscuit Mahogany gives excellent service. Friendly & helpful owners. They are always kind to our dog, Jett. He loves going there for a drink of water, a pet, & a treat. The dog food is healthy & Jett is a picky eater. They found something he likes! It is so nice to have this store within walking distance.
