My vehicle was mechanically up to par as well as the safety. I was approved the same day, they ensured everything was ready to go before I could take the car home. I appreciated how quick but thorough the crew were, they know what their doing and they do it well.

We purchased an SUV from Jim at Bonnybrooke this past summer, July 2017, and we are very satisfied with our experience. Jim is a good guy, whom we trust and have developed a relationship with during our time with them and we have a really nice family car that we have a lot of faith in to last us quite a few years to come! We'd definitely go back and we send everyone we know their way.

Not pleased with my experience at Bonnybrook Auto. I was attracted to this business by a car I was interested in and given peace of mind reading there is an included warranty, as seen on their Kijiji posting for the car. The owner of the dealer dealership then changed the warranty terms multiple times and denied any dealership warranty beyond $600 repairs within the engine (only including pistons, valves, etc. all well over $600 per repair) after I purchased the vehicle. Instead they offer a Lubrico warranty, which has a poor reputation as is and pretty terrible value. The owner complained about having to spend $1000 on repairs when they bought the car for stock but assured be the car was in mint condition and produced a perfect vehicle inspection checklist. When the car was inspected by my trusted mechanic, he quickly found the rear shocks were severely damaged and had signs of being damaged for a long time, and found the brake pad wear sensor had been bypassed by cutting the wire in half. I also witnessed Jim hiding vehicle history information from a customer regarding a collision it had been in. I would recommend pursuing a private sale before doing business with Jamel or Jim. I have reported their business practices to AMVIC for investigation.

Jim and his crew are awesome! This was my first time dealing with a dealership and I was super nervous, but everybody was so helpful, honest and kind. I will for sure recommend Bonnybrook to anyone!

I bought a Volvo from Bonnybrook last week...over the phone. The car was as represented, everybody at the dealership was very helpful. It was a long distance transaction and there was a lot of interest, Jim held the car for me with a deposit until I could make it into town. They took the car to valentine Volvo for me so I could have it inspected and even gave me a ride back to the airport. Very impressed with this used car dealer. Above and beyond customer service.
