Booker'S Bbq Grill And Crab Shack

Came for a post-football game birthday dinner on a Sunday. We were seated right away and treated fabulously by our server - our drinks were always full and she offered to split the bill any way we wanted without us even asking!
Most of the table took advantage of the all you can eat snow crab and rib special - they kept the meat flowing, at no point was our table waiting on a new bucket of crab or plate of ribs.
Our two outliers had Fish and Chips (perfectly cooked) with a side of Fried Pickles (cornmeal breading ftw!) and the Jambalaya (pleasantly spicy and packed with sausage).
We'll be back for sure!!

Had the all you can eat crab and ribs with beans as my side. The crab was good and the beans were excellent but the ribs really needed to be soaked in bbq sauce or cooked longer. Winter ale was nice as well.

For a restaurant that calls itself a crab shack it is very disappointing. There is only snow crab in different sizes of orders and some shrimp. The crab we had was the worst I have ever had, especially at a crab restaurant and the service was terrible. It is a very loud open restaurant and if you plan on actually speaking to anyone at your table you will have to yell to be heard over the screaming sports bar atmosphere. I would definitely not recommend this place.

First time I went(last summer) the food was served cool (crab platter) and not warm at all. Not impressed.

Just decided to give them a second chance and got a full rack of ribs. Again the food was cooling off. They need to time their serving windows better.

Amazing food! A little pricey, but the portions are huge! I'm a large guy and I have trouble finishing the plate.

I recommend the pulled pork sandwich or the brisket sandwich. The ribs are amazing if you want to treat yourself.

The food is extremely inconsistent and the service can be horribly slow. I would not recommend every coming here unless it's for all you can eat crab on Sunday nights. But even that is over priced.

Terrible service. Ran out of crab during all you can eat crab. Not the biggest deal ever, but this was the second time in a row it happened. The ribs were dry as well. Not a very enjoyable meal. The server was good, no complaints there, but her manager was absolutely horrible to deal with. Almost had a shouting match at the table and complaining to us about her cost of crabs and blah blah blah. Not a fan of her. She can't handle customer service. The food took a very long time to come out. I could keep complaining but the point has been made.

On a good note, the crab is definitely worth eating if you don't mind paying $50 for a leg of crab then get screamed at by the manager.

Shrimp tacos and beef tacos are good. Jambalaya is spicy and tasty. Ribs were reportedly good, too. Staff is attentive. Not too loud, either, which is great for conversation.
