Place is nice. Prices are reasonable. Staff is rude. But managers do their best to accommodate any negative experiences.

Not impressed with the treatment of a friend who was buying drinks. After three rounds was cut off then to make things werid was told the bouncer was management and that she could only have two more shots and a beer. You're in the business of making money, if worried under the laws of the service act of liquor sales you need to ask the person are you driving or you need a cab? Other than that food was great and the one waitress we had was super friendly. But then had another management bugging us after the server was dealing with our food . That's two hits in one night that management needs to pull there head's from there asses.

We made a res on wing night because we knew it would be busy. A waitress was unsure and went and asked her either manager or supervisor and we where told they would be with us in a moment. A guy with an awesome accent got us a booth right away which was great but another shorter guy came and said the both was for a group sitting at the high tables and not for us. We explained who advised we could sit there and that we mad a red he walked away. He never came back to apologize for the way he stated we stole the table from someone waiting but we put it past us and continued with our night. Our waitress was not great we didn’t see her much but the other waitresses picked up her failings in our service. We might not have had a great experience overall because the wings took about 30mins or more a batch but tasted great, the drinks was awesome and the guy with the awesome accent(Irish maybe or possibly Scottish) and the other waitresses besides the one we had more then made up for the rest or the not great experience we had. I am giving 5 stars just because of the awesome accent guy and the waitresses that help out. Because of these people we will be back

Love this place. Went for a beer, stayed for the karaoke. Good times and great people. Staff was very nice and service was quick considering how busy they were. Good place to go when singing in the shower doesn't quite cut it anymore.

I had a coupon for a free appetizer. So came in during an early afternoon. I decided on the Chicken Taco. Came with 3 grilled chicken tacos that were topped with 2 different cabbages and a Chipotle dressing. On the side half a grilled lime. It was excellent. Although it was free, I would definitely come back and gladly pay for it. Service was good too.

All tv's are on sports highlights while there is a Canadian football game live. TSN 134 and 5 are highlights. Come on, put on something live

Poor service and food quality. Empty glasses all over the place. Prices are way too high for a northeast bar

Good wings... lots of flavours (some winners some not so much)

Service hit and miss and lesst one of the managers comes around. Am here most wednesdays. If you can down more than 30 wings... Thursday all you can eat eings a better deal.

The karaoke here is fantastic. The crowd is awesome to sing for. Always very upbeat and fun!
