Went there for all you can eat wing night. Our server Courtnee was amazing. The selection of wingS is unreal, especially the all dressed flavored wings. Only complaint is that they have highballs as the drink special, It would be better to have beer on special, as beer and wings go more hand in hand. The environment was great and they play great music.

Went last night for the UFC fights. The nachos weren't spectacular and the beer is a bit pricey...but the dinner food was FANTASTIC!!! Our server was AWESOME, as were her colleagues. I will definitely be going back and ordering those phenomenal steak strips and my boyfriend will want his lamb burger again! (we just may not get drinks LOL) It's a great place, with great people and a great atmosphere! :)

We had the very best time doing karaoke and drinks here for a girls night! Great service, the food was delicious (according to my friends who ate), and karaoke was rocking. Loved it!

I just wanted to thank the Management and Staff who were working June 8th 2018. We decided to hold my Friends 40th birthday on the karaoke side. We had reserved a party for 20 people but i am sure there were probably 30 that showed up unexpectedly. Management and the waitress went above and beyond to accommodate for such a large group. Everyone talked about how well everything went and how much fun that was had. The waitress was very professional and took care of us nicely. The friendly staff, and the great environment will keep me coming back. And i know they have the ability to handle a group in the future. Thank You Bootleggers!! it was a awesome night. :D

I absolutely love Bootleggers! They have great food, staff, and karaoke is great because it never gets jam packed so you can do multiple songs a night. 10/10!

Great place, great atmosphere. It was wing nite, they were swamped but kept looking after me! Amanda was awsome!!!

Great food! High end fancy restaurant meals at pub prices! The staff are excellent and lots of tv's to watch my Blue Jays on! Love going here for date night!

Went early on a Friday night.. was slow the service was fast.. the buffalo chicken wrap was scrumptious and so were the buffalo Parmesan wings! Played 2 games of pool! Over all was satisfied with the food and service

There was a small error made with delivery that bootleggers was able to correct. Not only were they empathetic to the situation but Manager Prasad went above and beyond to deliver it himself to avoid further complication/error and delay. I appreciate the level of customer service bootleggers provides for their customers.

First time going and will not be the last. Went for karaoke to help a friend celebrate his birthday. The host , Garth, was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of great singers and a genuine fun atmosphere. The waitress was very polite and prompt and the price were reasonable. Will go back for sure.

Service and food was good, but the noise level is too high when they have Karaoke, Hockey and the music on all at the same time. Waitresses can’t hear the orders, and you can’t talk to anyone.

It's a nice place and lots of good time could be had there...... if the waitresses would come by our table and check on us or get us fresh drinks. This is the same problem we've had the last 3 times we've been there.

Food was good, service was alright if a bit ditzy, however, in fairness we were a large table full and it would be difficult to remember everything correctly. However, I had to leave when the karaoke started. The person running it immediately cranked the music so loudly you couldn't possibly speak to the person next to you, no matter how hard you screamed. It was so loud my whole head hurt. Will not be going back anytime soon entirely due to that.

We than went and sat up in the vlt section where in a matter of 5 mins we had a beer in front of us. Than for some reason or another the service gradually went down hill. Not only were we dealing with 3-5 different waitresses all night but there attitudes were completely terrible and it took over 20 mins to get a refill on any drink we ordered. Considering there was over 5 staff members working and it was mediocrely busy this should not have been the case. I'm very disappointed that we continually had to go and ask the bartender for drinks and have them brought to us in order to get service. I will not be going back, which is unfortunate as I had heard good things about your establishment. Perhaps if your servers were more attentive to customers instead of each other this may have been a different outcome.

Just sat there for 20 mins with out a single hello from a waitress.. left without any service.

Big thanks goes out to you guys for putting a bunch of hot sauce in my wrap to go, that was never mentioned or asked for, for me to burn my mouth on while eating it when I returned back to work! Really great.



Aaaaaalso... I picked up the calamari for a workmate. He let me know his review: 1.) Rings were a little too big and made for suspicions. 2.) No seasoning at all on the rings. 3.) Deep-fried pieces of broccoli with it?! Those were gross... 4.) Red onions. Very welcomed! Cut long and not diced? Not welcomed... 5.) The most screwed up part... Frikkin' PIZZA SAUCE for a dip?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Was tzatziki sauce in high demand that night and you ran out? Seriously.... So shameful....

He would really like to know if it was take-your-kid-to-work-day in the kitchen on July 8th, since that dish seemed like an all out free-for-all.

If you see a server make sure you order your food, drinks, and bill at the same time because you'll most likely never see your server again. Our wings were completely wrong, cold, and about 1.5 hours into being there. Given we aren't fans of starving, we ate them and asked for the bill. Our bill came (an hour later) completely wrong, filled with drinks none of us ordered. Needless to say the story continues with no greater success. The person in charge of the hiring and training should be subject to Chinese torture to endure the struggle equal to out recent visit.
