Boston Pizza

Always disappointed when I go. Then I remember that’s why I don’t go to this BP. Need to bring back breaded wings, BIGGER portions, make the food better then I can do at home and not raise prices. If all your cooks have to to do is take it out of the freezer and warm it up then there is no point in me paying you to do what u can do at home. Time for some changes maybe a name change to McBP’s!!

The cooks cannot cook steak to preference. I asked for medium rare and I get it well done and dry .

We were promptly seated, then promptly forgotten. A very friendly server then took our order and served our food promptly. (The chicken and mushroom Alfredo lacked sufficient chicken and mushrooms, but was bountiful on pasta.) After our orders were served and we finished eating, we were hoping to order dessert. Unfortunately, we we ignored again, for about 30 minutes so we finally got up, paid our bill up front since no one brought it to us, and left. I feel bad that our server only received 2% tip as she was very friendly. Unfortunately, she simply forgot us.

Went out for a smoke, and was locked out half an hour before closing. Eventually let us back in to pay the tab. 2.5 hours and almost no service prior to this incident. EDIT: Spoke to the manager of this Boston Pizza and was told it was my fault for coming in to the lounge, even though I did nothing wrong? Very poorly managed location. I highly recommend you stay away. Unfortunately, one of only two lounges in this area.

Had a Thai chicken wrap twice. First time it was awesome second time not so much. I might as well bought a bottle of sweet Thai sauce from coop and drank it. Haven't been back since. Quality over quantity. Wait staff is nice but the people in the back and cook they suck. According to all reviews the cooks can't cook and have not time management

2nd time here. First time was an awful experience. This time was slightly better and the food was good. They are typically understaffed and its not fault to the wait stuff they are just over exerted to service anyone well

Hit or miss... sometimes they can be really fast and tasty.

The worst service I have ever had at Boston Pizza. Walk in with maybe 10 people with 4 servers including bar tender, but yet I wait 15 mins for a response . Food was burnt and was forever between visits from the waitress for anything . Beer was always empty for 15mins before waving them in . Not impressed !!

We had attended the St. Paul location once prior and had poor service, food taking an exceptionally long time to come. So knowing from our past experience, we ordered our beverages and food at the same time for our party of 7. Being that we arrived at 1:00 pm and there only being 5 other tables with guests already seated, we were hopeful that our experience would be better. At 2:20pm we asked our server how much longer and were told that the meals were ready but that they were just waiting on the one order of a GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH. Shortly after the sandwich and only half of the other meals arrived, we opened up the grilled cheese finding a slight trace of cheese on only 3/4 of the sandwich. The manager was asked to please come out and speak to us where we addressed our concern. The other meals came out approx 10 min after speaking to the manager. The experience was horrific and I would never recommend the St. Paul BP's. The only good thing was that our server was wonderful, but i felt awful for her in that position as it was out of her hands. And please note that if you tip by visa or debit it is shared amongst everyone, but if you tip by cash the server gets its all.
