Boston Pizza

Burnt chicken nuggets for my 6 year old, a really weird spinach and artichoke dip served with cheeseless bandara bread, ice cream tasted like soap, the bandara bread we ordered was good. The homemade pop was pretty tasteless, and I wasn't offered a refill throughout the hour we were there.

Server was not very friendly, messed up one of our orders, drinks were rarely refilled. Food took a long time and was not good. Asked if they would melt the cheese on my burger and server told me they don't melt cheese lol. Disappointing from a Boston Pizza.

Best Pizza in town! This is the best Boston Pizza that we have been to. The staff are always friendly and the food here is great as well.

Food quality was good. But the wait staff are inconsistent. We watched other tables get attentive service. But we had to go to the food prep area to remind XX to take our order. XX cheerily told us "I'm making a fresh pot of coffee for you," but never delivered a cup. XX simply didn't pay attention.

20 minutes after our drinks were ordered, still no drinks, walked out, get bent... Horrid service.

Ugh. Got a burger with cold, unmelted cheese slice, service was kind of slow, my wife's salad was "the worst ever".
Boston Pizza will not be getting any more of my dollars - too many failures.

Amazing atmosphere. Friendly staff. And great times.
