Boston Pizza

Went with a group of 10. Got my order wrong. Asked for wings half hot half thai, got only thai. Manager sweared at us for having a long order.

Food that comes out is often mixed up. Food is ok. Sometimes over cooked like their ribs. Service slow, had to wait for service a few times for refills, cutlery, and bill. Manager rude, dies not have interpersonal skills.

Went there with 10 friends for wing night on Wednesday. Quality of the food was great, service was okay throughtout the night. What merits the low rating is at the end of the night apparently there was a policy where because of the discount on wing night, one person would be forced to pay for the bill all together, rather than having the option of paying separately. There was some back and forth for about 15 minutes with the waitress, she then left, a manager came out and told us to get our s*** together and just pay for it because his shift was over. What a ridiculous way to treat paying customers . We were pleased with the food, price, etc, but the way the manager handled it was extremely unprofessional. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Gave this place three try’s, all bad. Food sucks, my girlfriend and I both ordered the same thing and the pasta had been sitting on the plate for a while and the chicken was hardly warm and made us both very ill. The server was great though.

I don't normally give bad reviews, and maybe it's just the day but the service/pace/quality was disappointing. Mains 2mins after apps; absent server - she shows up 20mins after we have finished eating with the bill -no drink refill offer, didn't offer dessert, not until after I pointed out her error. It wasn't that busy for that kind of poor service. Pasta dishes were underwhelming. Cactus cuts were actually very good, all nice and crispy. My advice is don't be adventurous and experimental; go with what you know. At this location pasta dishes are risky.

The only thing good about the place was the young guy who seated us and the manager who ended up taking our order after we waited 25 minutes. Sucks seeing two other families who came after you get served before you :(

I haven't been to a Boston Pizza in years, mostly because I'm not a big fan of franchise pizza joints (my faves being Boston Pizza and Coco Brooks).

I usually hit great pizza joints such as Atlas Pizza in the SE (or is in the NE?), Matador Pizza in Varsity, or the new find Becham's in the NE, which is VERY similar to Matador Pizza.

Anywho, my wife and I decided to hit this Boston Pizza as it had been a while, it was near where we live, and we were HUNGRY!

Evidently, on Thursday nights they have a special where you can get a large pizza for the prize of a medium ... so we ordered a large ham and pineapple, with an order of dry ribs to start off.

The ribs were OK.

The pizza : such a disappointment, especially compared to what they offered a few years ago.

The pizza was dry (it really didn't appear to have any tomato sauce under the toppings, making it dry), the toppings were skimpy, no toppings on the outer edge of the pizza. It was as if they put the amount of topping of a medium pizza on a large pizza crust ... is this how they economised on the Thursday "large for the cost of a medium" special ...?

And on top of it all, the crust seemed slightly overcooked.

Boston Pizza prices are slightly higher than the competition. With what we had tonight, it was greatly over-priced.

Very disappointed. I really don't see a reason to come back for pizza as Boston Pizza is no longer on my "fave franchise pizza joints"

Not very CLEAN if you have FRUIT FLIES Horrible!!! Mentioned the fruit flies to the waitress and she told us there coming from the outside I said that's hard to believe as our weather is still freezing at night time!!
As for the Food VERY EXPENSIVE for what you get ordered large Boston Royal Very little toppings told waitress she said that's the way they come really i said I've been eating at Boston Pizza for over 45 years I am 55 years old and no way have I eaten a large pizza in one sitting.
BACK TO THE LITTLE GUY'S THAT DESERVE MY BUSINESS!!!
