Boston Pizza

It is a great Boston pizza, it is generally quiet and has good customer service. I like the atmosphere of the place and enjoy going. Not a great location though.

Got delivery. Food was terrible. Got the
Chicken quesadilla which arrived in a plastic container instead of cardboard so it and the fries were soggy and mush. The quesadilla had about 5 pieces of small chicken bits in it and wasnt filled at all. Just a pita with tomato sauce. I also got the all meat bites which are small and crusty and barely any sauce. They didnt give me the 2 dips i ordered only gave me one. Will not be getting delivery again. Very disapointed. Ive had much better from BP at other locations.

I was out and about near Westbrook, and friends asked me to go over to this Boston Pizza at the busy dinner hour and request a table for 6 to handle several adults, a couple of kids, and a disabled friend with a motorized wheel chair. This sudden big request requiring table reconfiguration was handled well and without too much delay. I had to wait for my friends to show up anyway, so the 20 minute wait was fine. The restaurant was totally crowded. Staff made sure the wheelchair and kids were accommodated no sweat. It all worked perfectly. Friends had pasta selections while I had a huge delicious salad. The diverse menu handled all our preferences fine. We all had a good experience. This location is conveniently adjacent to the C-Train station, which is how I got there.

The staff here are amazing! I work nearby and often pick up lunch for myself and sometimes co workers. The service is always quick and friendly. I always walk out with a smile because of how nice the staff are. Would have been a 5 star review but the quality of food could be a bit better. The portion sizes are great and the order is always correct but sometimes the pastas can be a bit on the drier side. The pizzas are always really good though! Would definitely recommend this place for the service and pizza!

The customer service at this BP's is always awesome, however food quality is lacking, especially on take-out orders. French onion soup pictured here exactly as we received it. ** We did check for leak/spill, and that wasn't the case, they either ran out and didn't care to make more or BP's has some weird food quality/quantity standards.

Food was good. Experience was great. Was able to play pool and have a great time. Service was up to snub =)

The servers are Awesome! Management not so much. I use to go often, I always got the shrimp tacos. The last time I went, there were 3 different hairs in my food. The management was extremely rude about it and gave me dirty looks while I was paying. I do not recommend this location. Hair in food is unacceptable and to get attitude from the management about it is even worse. DO NOT EAT HERE...

We orderd a meat lovers and a vegetarian pizza and what we got tasted like garbage, my family and I couldn't finish more than half of them. It's like they're premade or something. Gross.

Customer service far exceeded expectations. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Perfect.
