Boston Pizza

Good pizza and pasta at a decent price. Our server was excellent, really a good overall experience.

Boston Pizza is usually a good option for kids but this location doesn't seem to understand how kids work. They have the same crayons and books that all the other BPs have but they really fall short in terms of service here. If you're at BPs with young kids, and really why else would you be there, you want to get in and out as fast as possible because kids don't do well, penned up in booths. We've been here a couple times and both times the wait staff was MIA for long periods or would fail to return to the table quickly after seating to take our order. The food is decent for what it is. It's not fancy and won't blow your mind but it's comfortable and consistent. If they can figure out how to serve kids, I'd go back but there are so many options.

Service os awesome here. But the rib & wing combo was disappointing. the ribs were small. Like a half size, and the sauce was minimal. Delicious but the portio size to cost seemed to be way off the mark on this one.

They must have changed cooks. Kids chicken fingers burnt. Quedadilla has no filling in it. Bandera bread looked pieced together. The server was great though.

Good family friendly food in the dining room. Pizza and jambalaya very good. Burger sucks. Lounge is great for watching sports.

The waitresses are very friendly and welcoming. They make it a very nice dining experience.
It's a bit dark in there and it gets very busy and crowded. There has been more than once that I decided to go somewhere else because of the long wait I would have to do for a table.

Waited about 10 minutes to be seated, not too bad for a Thursday night. The problem is that once we were seated no came by for about 12-15 minutes. Then a nice server from the bar side came by to finally take our order. We ordered a new fire grilled pizza, only to be told a bit later that the pizza dough for that item was out of stock. No problem, it was good on a thin crust dough. The bar side server continued to come by and check on us. A manager (Maybe?) stopped by and said "I heard you had a long wait and just wanted to say sorry." Ok....thanks. I hope he actually SAW that we were being ignored and sent the bar side server over...but sure the apology was fine. Pretty half hearted. Right after we were finishing up and the bar side server cleared everything a restaurant side server came by and said she would be taking over now. We grabbed the kids desert and the bill and got out of there....I sure hope that tip went to the right server. All in all....wasn't a great experience, but the food was good.

This is one of the better BPs locations I've been too. The staff are wonderful, friendly and prompt. The food is always fresh and hot. Drinks are always on point and the restaurant is always clean.

Not sure about the dining room but the lounge is great! Super friendly attractive bar staff. Great atmosphere for games. If you are not a fan of their food there is an Earls across the street.

My date wouldn't let me leave garbage from my wallet on the table. She thought they were too nice.

One of my favourite places to eat. I come here at least twice a month. They have amazing service, and great food.

Very good place to eat together with your family and kids. The food is really good and not so expensive. Although waitress forgot to bring me sugar for tea and overally it is pretty busy and noisy restaurant.
