The food is always good, fast service, and a great place to bring the kids. Very family freindly.

every time we've been to this Boston pizza the food has been bad the first time we tried it we ordered a pizza with green peppers, pepperoni, and mushrooms and it was covered in so many mushrooms that it ruined mushrooms on pizza it was like the dumped a few cans of mushrooms on the pizza, recently we decided to try it again thinking maybe it would have changed or gotten better since it had been a few years but no the salmon was way over cooked, and my daughter got pasta that was under sauced and my husband's ribs were over cooked as well, and the sweet chilli chicken which is our favorite appy from Boston pizza they were way over sauced. we will be avoiding this Boston pizza from now on and stick to the other ones

I USE TO VISIT THIS LOCATION ON A REGULAR BASIS TILL MANAGEMENT CHANGED. PARTICULARLY SIERRA(MANAGER). LAST TIME I VISITED THERE I WAS ASKED " HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN THERE" TO BE SERVED WITH MY BILL AND WATER AFTER 3 PINTS SHORTLY AFTER. KAT SAM AND SIERRA SHOULD VISIT CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. IF YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF GARBAGE AS A CUSTOMER, GO SEE ONE OF THE THREE LISTED ABOVE. THEY'LL HAPPILY MAKE YA FEEL THAT WAY :) GOOD JOB BOSTON PIZZA

Our server, Delahad, was great. He recognized that they were taking long for our appetizer. We upgraded one of our plates and he actually gave it or regular cost for taking too long. I'd come back.

Horrible service, we ordered halal meat, and when the bill came all halal meat was extra $2 and the waiter didn't even mention anything.
Also the bill was wrong they were over charging most things.

Great service, we live just a few blocks away and always come back with our family and grandson. Great food and service for us.

I placed a VERY unusual request tonight for pickup after an 11 hour work day. I ordered a "crustless" pizza. The young lady who took my order over the phone went back to the kitchen to confirm that it could be done. She came back to the phone and said absolutely. I got there a few minutes after 7pm to pick up my order. The staff seemed surprised when I told them what i was picking up. One went to grab my order from the kitchen. When they brought it out, they said they really hoped I'd like it and that he worked hard on it to try to make it look good. When i got home, i opened the pizza box to find an almost perfect looking pizza! Thank you so very much to the chef who took the time to make my perfect crustless pizza and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my pizza craving without going off plan. You made my day! I did take a picture of it to add to this post to show off the care he took in making it, but I don't see where to attach it. Thank you again for taking up the challenge!

I've ordered online many times from other locations with no problems - ever. I don't know what is wrong with this location but I never got my food! After waiting an hour and a half, I tried calling the restaurant 3 times and nobody was picking up the phone after MANY rings. I don't understand why I never got a call if there was a problem OR not one person answered the phone when I called them! From reading the reviews I guess this happens a lot...I should have ordered food from one of the small business pizza places in Saddletowne...they might not speak great English but at least they try and they get the job done. No more Saddletowne BP for me. Completely unacceptable.

The waitress had really bad body odor. It was gross, especially since we were there to eat.

We have ordered from here twice recently and both times they have screwed up my order. On this occasion I made my order and requested that I would like my son's caesar salad in a regular plastic take out container as the previous time I ordered the salad was crammed into a tiny metal container. Which was squashed and not very appetizing.
This time I get my order delivered without the garlic toast. I called to inquire about my garlic toast and was offered a $5.00 credit for a future visit. I was given the explanation by a staff member that the new management were cutting costs and that the portions are smaller, that's why my son's salad came in a smaller container. I told them not to bother because I likely won't be ordering from this location in the future and got hung up on. Lol. This is unfortunate for us because we used to order from here and also would eat in regularly. Even our regular delivery driver for the past 5 years left. Disappointed with the new management. Would not recommend.

When there for a quick bit to eat with a few friends in the evening, the food was okay, however service is terrible. And to make matters worse, my vehicle was ticketed, I took the ticket and receipt back into the store, the manager advised there is nothing they can about it.
